The person, Zachary, said he would move the few pieces of furniture left in the living room, but then did not.

He did move and put on foam blocks my son's nightstand in his room. He mentioned to me that the nightstand was an "instant bleeder" and to make sure that the carpet was totally dry before removing the blocks. Later that night, I noticed that there was a perfectly shaped bled wood stain on my son's crib mattress that matches the bottom of his nightstand. Why he would ever think to put a heavy piece of furniture from the floor to where my baby lays his head, I cannot figure out. And then not to tell me that he made that mistake was really disappointing.

I'm not sure what can be done to make it right. Although it may seem "it is only a crib sheet," it was the very first thing we bought when we found out we were pregnant so has sentimental value to my husband and me.

The technician was polite, and he took time to try to remove the spots. The floors dried quickly and there was no excessive water left in the carpet. I was satisfied.

Not act like it is an inconvenience when you are two hours ahead of schedule and I can't stop everything to meet your schedule. Also, when you leave, close the door you used to bring equipment in when finished.

Zack did an exceptional job getting our carpets and tile looking like brand new again. They had not been cleaned in quite some time and he worked really hard getting them in great shape. House smelled like springtime when he was finished.

My technician was very professional and did an amazing job! Just wish your schedulers would make appointments more fluid. Scheduled appointments should follow each other and add on appointments shouldn't be stuck in between scheduled jobs. The schedulers need to be more aware of technicians locations so they don't send a tech to a add on job that causes a scheduled appointment to get bumped back past the window. Techs should do add ons in close proximity only

I want to commend your technician Erik. He was the most professional person we have ever had cleaning our carpets! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He is a great asset to your company. I would highly recommend Zeroez to my family and friends. I will definitely request Erik for our future cleanings!

No residue

Love that the water is on the truck so that you don't have to mess with outside hookups in the winter. Also, love that there is not chemicals placed on carpets.
