Service is great! Carpet is clean
I love that with Zerorez, there isn't any residue left after the carpets are clean! My wife came home and said the carpet smelled so fresh. Also nice to know that there aren't any harmful chemicals that could affect us, our pets and our newborn (on the way!). The Zerorez tech, Patrick, was very polite and professional. He took great care in protecting our furniture and woodwork during the cleaning.
The carpets were cleaned in an efficient manner. The young man who came was courteous and left a list of suggestions for future care.
The employees are always timely and knowledgeable.

Cleanliness, less residue.
Able to work with my schedule and get someone out to clean my carpets at the time I wanted. The carpeting is about 15 years old, but cleaned up very nicely, except in areas of high traffic. I didn't have high expectations for those areas. We will likely replace our carpet this year sometime. Like the fact of more natural products also.
You need to take more time. I couldn't believe she could clean our entire top floor in an hour. Our stairs were still wet the next morning. I was surprised she said the edges of the carpet next to the baseboard couldn't be cleaned when I told the scheduler that it was cleaning concern of mine. The scheduler didn't say it couldn't be done. She also said she couldn't get out a stain on the carpet because our prior cleaning locked in the stain. Didn't sound believable
I paid for odor removal to be applied to my sofa which did nothing more than strictly cleaning it. A partial refund if for nothing other than the odor removal would be adequate to make things right.

You didn't disappoint. I just have never been in a situation to recommend a carpet cleaner, and so it's doubtful that I will. But I would be fairly likely to recommend if the situation arose. Perhaps you should ask "how likely would you be to recommend" rather than "how likely are you.."

Carpets were nice, however...when doing my stairs, the water stained the walls underneath them. If the cleaner would have taken the time to wipe them off when they were freshly wet, there would have been no problem. However they did not, so I had to buy paint and cover the water stains up. A little disappointed by this.
The technician was very professional and friendly. Because of the age of our carpet and tile, he had his doubts about the overall effectiveness but my kitchen tile looks like new and our carpet hasn't looked this good in years! I could not be happier!!
First. The people. It's obvious the company hires only friendly professionals. Second. The service. 100% professional, yet fun to talk to. Third. The fact that no chemicals are used and my house smells like a fresh rain. I could go on-and-on. Thanks to this company and their entire staff!

The products and services are second to none. The carpet cleaning makes me feel like I have brand new carpet! The staff though is what really makes the experience, they are ALL amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and driven to ensure the customer is pleased with the end service for the long run. You don't see that often today....
