You can walk on the cleaned area very soon after cleaning is done. Carpet is clean and spot free!

Have employees that are more informed on what to do when the unexpected happens; ie, water tank runs empty before completing a job. I was satisfied with the cleaning process and the results, but I was disappointed when water tank went empty and employee had to make phone calls. I was also disappointed that an area I really wanted cleaned was left undone. I had told employee not to do closet in master bath area and she also left the 3' x 4' vanity area undone. That area contained the worst stains in the house. Now I must try to clean the area myself.

Ask if we'd like the furniture moved in order to clean the carpet in the entire room. I've never had a carpet cleaner not move the furniture and clean the entire room.

The cleaner didn't go all the way to the walls; I could see a strip about 1 - 2 inches wide next to the wall that didn't get cleaned.
Also, in 1 room, I could see that the cleaner didn't overlap, there was a small space between strokes of the cleaner.

He was professional, fast and good. Our 5 year old family room carpet looks and smells almost new. The other areas do look new!

It cleaned our carpets and furniture very well. It did not take long to dry and there wasn't any crunchiness to either.

Zerorez did an amazing job on my carpets! My technician, Patrick, was very professional and informative. I had stains on my carpets that had been there since prior to my purchase of the home 7 years ago that another carpet cleaner had been unable to remove despite multiple attempts. Zerorez was able to get these decade old mystery stains out and our carpet looks better than the day we moved in! I wish I'd of hired them years ago. Thank you so much!, I have already recommended Zerorez to multiple friends.

In scheduling, I clearly stated I needed an early morning appointment, but in there call to let me know when they were coming 2 days before, they had me scheduled for the afternoon. So I had a months delay in rescheduling, and when they called 2 days prior to this next appointment, they had me scheduled for a 10 to 1 appointment, which again could have put the appointment in the afternoon. Fortunately, this time, they were able to make a change with another client for the early morning appointment that I asked for. These kinds of mistakes are frustrating, and unnecessary if those doing the scheduling would simply listen!!! The cleaning and drying process without chemicals is a huge plus, but there are still a couple of spot areas that I pointed out to the cleaning people that supposedly received extra attention that didn't respond. That too is troubling since I don't think those spots or stains should be to difficult to remove.

Clean safe way

There was no smell during the drying process. The rugs dried very quickly. Traffic areas, especially the stairs came very clean. The technician was very nice and professional.

Patrick is an amazing technician. Ibrrquest him every time. He is always pleasant and gets the job done in a timely and efficient manner.

The first time they included my hallwAy since on room had little floor space. He was super nice. Even did a small rug. The second time he charged extra for hall. Otherwise ok.

You do an amazing job cleaning carpets in a very quick time.

In the two week time I wanted the carpets cleaned, they could only come on our day off. I made arrangements and left a phone number for them to call a staff member for entrance into the building. When I arrived back in the office they had left voicemails on the office phone that was closed for the holidays. They gained entrance into the building by a janitor who wasn't supposed to be here at the time and then missed an area that they were try to clean that had reappeared from the previous cleaning.

Very professional service tech that provided excellent information regarding service and products. Patrick also provided excellent and thorough carpet cleaning. I have already recommended the service to many of my family members and will continue to do so. Very professional company with great service.
