Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable technician that did a great cleaning job!! My wife was surprised I had the carpets cleaned. I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE YOUR LIQUID CARPET CLEANER BUT THE PRICE IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A SMALL AMOUNT.

What do you like about our products and services?

Ease of scheduling. Professionalism of every associate I encountered. Associates taking the time to explain the cleaning process in general, and specifically when it came to removing pet stains. Ease of payment. Finally, being informed of additional services. Cleaning was very thorough and spot removal was truly amazing. Everything smells clean and fresh, but not like perfume. Will be scheduling upholstery cleaning soon, as well as cleaning of carpets in our office. Patrick was our lead technician: he did an excellent job. Very pleased: so glad we tried Zerorez!

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez did a great job removing a ot of tough stains. The assoociate was very helpful, courteous and did a great job. The only comment we have is the cleaning agents used had a powerful smell. We'd use tou again but prfobably in warmer weather when we could open windows to vent for some fresh air. Rugs look great!

Honestly my carpets did not look any cleaner then before cleaned. Since I'm on a tight budget paying 230.00 dollars and nothing to show for it was very deflating.

The house always smells and looks so fresh and clean after the carpets have been cleaned - and this time the serviceman did my ceramic tile floor in the kitchen and bath! What a difference that made!! I won't use anyone but Zerorez in my house ever again!!

First time I used you there were two techs. They were able to move furniture out of the way more easily than one tech. It's possible that the number is based on the amount of carpet to be cleaned but that should be made clear up front.
