It's too early to tell how well the cleaning will hold up with the protectant, however the tech that serviced my carpets was very professional and went above and beyond to fully explain the process as well as protect my household belongings.
Be more proactive about moving furniture (even small stuff) instead of just cleaning around items. Also need door blocks because my blind elderly beagle let himself out the front door while we were moving furniture and the girl was cleaning carpet. The carpet looks and smells good tho.
Quick, friendly and results last
I love the steam cleaning. It lasts much longer and the spots don't come back. The price is reasonable and the technicians were very friendly and accommodating.
