I want to let you that after having a wonderful first experience with Zerorez, that my second experience has not gone so well. The gentleman that did the work was very friendly and professional, but the results were less than desirable. I did not inspect the work until after he left because he ensured me that all of the spots In my hallway had been removed and that the carpet looked great. Unfortunately, it actually looks worse than before he was here. I have three showings on my house this weekend, so you can imagine that I'm concerned. The results of this visit are just quite inconsistent with the first visit and they are inconsistent with the expectations set before the cleaner left on Wednesday. I've also emailed you a photo of the results. I certainly wouldn't have chosen to pay $170 for these results had I known going in.

I like how clean my carpet feels after they are done.
I only had one room plus a hallway cleaned and I got charged for two rooms. I didn't feel like the cost was worth what I got.
We only had a small area cleaned in our living room. It was the area that my husband was being worked on by EMT's after suffering cardiac arrest. There were black boot marks in a circle around the area where he was lying and they were working on him. Cornerstone Baptist Church set up the cleaning of the area for us, and I am VERY grateful to have that reminder of that moment gone!!! The tech was professional and did a great job. Thank you and Thank Cornerstone Baptist Church!!!!!

The Regular cleaning was done very well our decision to have zerorez was to take care of one particular room where a cat had urinated on the carpet it helped but didn't cure the problem and we were told there was NO Guarantee that this process would work but it is why we used your company. For the price we paid I was hopeful of better results. Patrick and his helper were very professional and did a nice job I do appreciate them protecting the walls and being careful with there tools.

The gentleman was efficient, friendly and knew the product.
Very hard workers and very nice.
Pet vomit stains in carpet did not get taken care of. When I called to see about getting it taken care of, I was eventually told there is no guarantee, no matter which procedure is used. That was a HUGE disappointment, because that was my main reason for having your company come to my home.
Also on my bathroom floor tile there were puddles of water remaining, which seeped underneath the floor tile, and behind baseboard, because the grout is still damp in places one week later.
But I will note that overall, the technician was a gentleman and a professional.
Friendly, knowledgeable technicians that are punctual & care about doing a good job!

The technician was very knowledgeable and the results were outstanding. My carpet looks great. I had my bathroom tile floor and shower cleaned this time also with great results. Will use Zerorez again.
I have only used zerorez on my carpet (3x). They called me and stated they were offering this great deal so I scheduled my carpet cleaning. A day later the radio was advertising an extra room for less money than I paid. I feel like if you have a repeat customer, you should give them a better deal (not act like they are getting the deal of a lifetime and then offer a great deal the day after). It was just annoying to hear that I paid over 200.00 for two small rooms and a very small hallway and they were offering 3 rooms and a hallway for 129.00. My house smells and looks better (no complaint there). If you are going to call and offer a great deal, make sure it is actually a great deal. Thank you

I appreciate the call in advance letting me know your cleaning technicians, Erik and Kim, were on their way. They arrived as scheduled, explained the process and were very neat and efficient. For the most part the carpet looks good.
