What could we do to improve?

The online estimate and scheduling process was very disjointed. I would like to fill out the estimate questions and then scheduling my cleaning at the end. If there are any issues please send an email, no need for anyone to call me.

Excellent product and service. Our carpets look like new! Love the fact that you don't use a bunch of chemicals, soaps; I think that's why our carpets stay cleaner-looking longer.

Professional staff & loved the customer service. It made me feel important and scheduling was fast and services were quick. Erik was also great as he explained what he was doing and provided extra suggestions on my carpet and other services available. Love it and scheduling another appointment with Erik on another rental and my own home.

The technician was very polite and made sure that you knew the cost etc. It was the best cleaning of my ceramic tile that I have had. The carpets looked great, too.
