An area rug that was clean was soaking wet along with the rug pad underneath. It took three days to dry and smelled like a wet dog. Also, I was really surprised at the remaining visible traction paths that were still visible after the cleaning.

The person, Zachary, said he would move the few pieces of furniture left in the living room, but then did not.

He did move and put on foam blocks my son's nightstand in his room. He mentioned to me that the nightstand was an "instant bleeder" and to make sure that the carpet was totally dry before removing the blocks. Later that night, I noticed that there was a perfectly shaped bled wood stain on my son's crib mattress that matches the bottom of his nightstand. Why he would ever think to put a heavy piece of furniture from the floor to where my baby lays his head, I cannot figure out. And then not to tell me that he made that mistake was really disappointing.

I'm not sure what can be done to make it right. Although it may seem "it is only a crib sheet," it was the very first thing we bought when we found out we were pregnant so has sentimental value to my husband and me.
