Great service and great product
The representative that came to our house was extremely professional, polite and did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. The only constructive feedback is that he said the two spots on our master bedroom carpet were removed when in fact only one of them actually came out (I didn't see it until after he left and the carpet had dried).
Didn't call to confirm, like they said they would.

The spots that I wanted cleaned are still in my carpet after the service man said he couldn't get them out. that isn't what I expected from a carpet cleaning service. i was very disappointed. I called your company and they are to come back tomorrow to clean it again. I hope this time they use something that will make my dirty spots disappear. I just couldn't believe the service man just gave up. why didn't he use something that would remove the spots---that is what i hired the company .
needless to say, I would have a very hard time recommending your company to my friends or relatives. i am 95 and am very friendly--this left a bad taste in my mouth

Patrick done a wonderful job. I really liked that he used items to protect my walls when he brought in the hose. The carpets are not new but they look wonderful. I am very pleased and have the phone number in my personal book. I will be happy to use this company again and again as needed.
The technician was about 30 minutes but he was professional.

The service was nice, the technician was knowledgeable and very personable, and very prompt with appointment time. My only regrets were areas in the carpeting that remained stained. In the past more stains were removed but I guess that might be the pros and cons of a "soap substance" that zerorez does not use. I just thought it would come cleaner than it did. That's why I did not mind paying the higher rates.

The cleaning works so well. It gets the deep down stains that most cleaning doesn't. They picked up pet stains in 2 rooms, now the dogs and cat no longer use it for their bathroom
