I like that there is no residue
Patrick is the best! He's very professional and his smile lights up our home!
Carpets were nice, however...when doing my stairs, the water stained the walls underneath them. If the cleaner would have taken the time to wipe them off when they were freshly wet, there would have been no problem. However they did not, so I had to buy paint and cover the water stains up. A little disappointed by this.
The technician was very professional and friendly. Because of the age of our carpet and tile, he had his doubts about the overall effectiveness but my kitchen tile looks like new and our carpet hasn't looked this good in years! I could not be happier!!
First. The people. It's obvious the company hires only friendly professionals. Second. The service. 100% professional, yet fun to talk to. Third. The fact that no chemicals are used and my house smells like a fresh rain. I could go on-and-on. Thanks to this company and their entire staff!

The products and services are second to none. The carpet cleaning makes me feel like I have brand new carpet! The staff though is what really makes the experience, they are ALL amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and driven to ensure the customer is pleased with the end service for the long run. You don't see that often today....

Speed of service. I called at 11 am yesterday & the workers were at my house to perform service at 2 pm. The workers were very courteous & professional. I would definitely use zerorez again.

Fast, friendly service
I had two issues. The first was that the worker completed my entire upstairs (4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs) in 30 minutes. I feel like that she was rushed. She was early for the appointment, which was great, but I wonder how fast she completed the house before mine also. Also I had my carpet cleaned at 9:30 in the morning, 9:30 at night the carpet was still soaking wet to the point I couldn't walk on it bc my socks were soaking wet. I called first thing the next morning and they said they would send someone back out later that day. She came back out to inspect a few areas and she told me her machine was not sucking up the water properly the day before and she had to do some work on it. Which now makes me think all the dirty water was never properly removed and that was part of the problem. So now I wonder if my carpet was properly cleaned.
Service was wonderful. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Carpets looked pretty good considering how old they are.
My dog was sprayed by a skunk and I took a chance and called you. I thought my carpet was ruined but ywere able to give me immediate attention and now my carpet looks brand new and has very little Oder.
There is no residue on my carpets. I will have to say though it took several hours for my carpets to dry. With regards to the staff, I was so impressed by the personnel who scheduled my cleaning. They were so pleasant and accommodating when I had to reschedule due to illness. I also thought the technician who came to my home was wonderful. She was so professional, courteous and knowledgable about the products. I would definitely use this service again in the future and reccomend to family and friends. Thank You, Zerorez!!

We have pets so that is the reason we have Zerorez come out and clean our carpets. We think they are the best. Carpets come out smelling nice and clean

The carpet was still very wet after 12 hours. I tested areas with a clothe and found it was not clean. I feel I could have achieved the same results with my carpet cleaner saving $278.
For what we paid I was not real impressed. The cleaner left our outside spickit running all night leaving a huge mud puddle in our yard and water in our crawl space. The closet carpet we asked to have cleaned carpet still has a pet oder and it did not seem to be cleaned well. Otherwise the worker that was sent was very polite and professional.
My carpets do seem very clean and I like the "environmentally friendly" aspect.
Smells clean and fresh
I could not believe how beautiful my carpets looked after they were cleaned. Not a spot anywhere. In fact, they looked almost new!
I am happy and will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.
