I'm not happy the stains are still so apparent. I'm waiting to see if it's my imagination or they are still there.
No chemicals! And very professional technician. Very pleased!
Really got spots out
Erik is great. I was so surprised how nice our older carpet looks, even the stairs came out great!
I am a repeat customer and would not use anyone else but Zerorez! The technicians are well informed, on time, and the carpets are always left looking like new!

No mess carpet not sticky.matt was very professional
The tech was very professional. Our carpets look great
My husband had to help with lifting furniture to get the protective pads under the furniture. If I were the one home, I don't know that I would bemuch help. Having only one techincian is not enough help especially ifyour client is a senior. I think it was little more expensive than the competition and did not offer leather cleaning on your website so I couldn't do a one one to onecomparison...i think you offer the service. I will see how the cleaning hold up before I can recommend. It smelled really good and fresh when completed.
Only company that truly treats pet stains and odors.
THOROUGH JOB ON CARPET, FRIENDLY STAFF, COURTEOUS AND ON TIME
Technician very nice, professional, helpful. Love the pre spray citrus smell. Glad to not have harsh chemicals in my home.
I was able to get an appointment the next day. On time and courteous.

No residue, all natural
Fast, clean, professional
I like that the service people are highly trained in every aspect of the cleaning process. They are respectful of our home and take precaution to not scrape the walls and they wear shoe covers so they don't track in more dirt. They are also very polite and friendly.
Very professional. The carpets look great and stay looking good for a long time. Just had my tile and grout cleaned definitely worth the money. They look great almost like a new floor.
Your prompt service and the staff are very pleasant, professional and treat you with respect and that you are the priority of the day.
