The woman who called to set up the appointment was a bit rude to me over the phone. The service tech was great. Better customer service over the phone would have been appreciated. I would recommend based on the work that was done but not the level of customer service I received to set up the appointment.

All the spots were not treated this time. Past visits the technician would warn us we were not at the minimum fee. We would add more services on to reach the minimum and avoid the 44 fee. No discussion this time just charged. This technician was very quick and carpet not as clean as past visits. I already see spots this morning, carpet was cleaned yesterday.

Four bedrooms, a bonus room, 22 stairs and landing, and the gentleman was done in an hour and 15 minutes. Really??

Customer service was great up until our technician didn't show up. After 45 minutes, I called and apparently the technician had called in that day. So they asked me to reschedule. We had moved every single piece of furniture out of every carpeted room the weekend prior to our Monday appointment. That meant bed was moved. Clothes and dressers were displaced. Items were in the kitchen to where we couldn't sit down to eat, etc. I wasn't happy that they were trying to reschedule more for another day. My boyfriend had rearranged his work schedule to be working from home that morning for the tech's arrival between 8:00 - 8:30. Customer service then spoke with Operations and said they could squeeze us in at 4:00 p.m. that day. So my boyfriend left for work and I then had to rearrange my work schedule to be home by the time the technician was scheduled to arrive. I received another call mid-day for them to squeeze us in but we were both working and couldn't meet anyone at the house. Then the tech called 2 1/2 hours early for the 4:00 appt to say he was 15 minutes away. While that was courteous, I couldn't be there by 2:30 to meet him. So my boyfriend ended up getting away from work to meet the tech at the house by 3:30 p.m. that day. It was just a big clustered mess of trying to schedule and it completely stressed us out, on top of all of our belongings already being displaced, going through a move, etc. We had a family member who offered to loan us a carpet cleaner so we could do it ourselves but we thought best to put it in the hands of professionals. The tech was thorough and nice upon his arrival and left us 2 bottles of cleaner for our inconvenience but we don't have stains or make messes much (no pets and child is older) so that really doesn't do us much good. While they gave us 10% off our bill, it didn't take the sting of the day away.

The technician was very polite and made sure that you knew the cost etc. It was the best cleaning of my ceramic tile that I have had. The carpets looked great, too.
