Technician very thorough and professional. Liked citrus smell.
Friendly employees and great work!
Excellent cleaning and a great service. His name was Matt.
Furniture dried quickly and smells and feels really clean.
The carpet always looks and smells great after being cleaned by zerorez!
They made our carpet look new again.
On time. Great communication. Explained in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Felt assured I was getting the cleanest carpet.
the fact that you do not use detergents!
The man that came was very nice and did a thorough job. But since we have swept 4 times in just that area and we have a half of canister of dirt. Maybe it was just brought to the surface
Our carpets were cleaned most efficiently and effectively by a highly courteous gentleman. He previewed the traffic areas and gave special attention to a couple of "spill spots". We are thrilled with the results and will definitely call for him and Zerorez again!!
The service is rather expensive (in comparison to other companies) and there does not seem to be many specials or they don't seem willing to give reasonable discounts. I was given 5% on a portion of the cleaning through Angie's List which amounted to $13.00. I paid approx $600 for 4 rooms and 2 pcs of furniture. I would have cleaned areas more had it been less expensive. My house is fairly new and this is the 1st carpet cleaning. It will be interesting to see how the no residue cleaning stays clean.
Courteous and fast service. This carpet had not been cleaned since installed! Refreshed and clean!
I liked that I was called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled. He was very professional and answered all of my questions.
The service man was fantastic. My carpet looks new. I will call them again
On time, professional, technician explained service to me, thenhadme check his work to see if there were any areas that were not to my satisfaction
They were quick and courteous. Very happy with the results!
Honestly what I liked most was the customer service, from the phone rep to the carpet tech, everyone was highly respectful and professional.
I like that you don't use heavy scented chemicals and that when you are finished
the house smells fresh and clean. Not overly perfumed.
That it is healthy, no chemicals used.
I am happy with my carpet cleaning but I paid 150.00 more for the same areas that I usually have cleaned. This was the first time I used Zerorez. Because of the price difference I would not use again. I do not see 150.00 difference between my normal carpet cleaning and what Zerorez did. Until your prices go down I can't justify it.
professional, friendly, timely and clean
Dried fast and still looks great. I like knowing there are no chemicals on the floor. Way better job than SS. We won't go back.
I was given arrival time of 10 to 12. Call at 10:10 saying closer to 12. Call at 12:30 saying it would be closer to 130. Dining room looks great. Living room just okay
Our couch looks brand new after seven years. Our service technician was friendly, helpful and informative.
The products are targeted for results. Our technician, Zach, conducted himself professionally and courteously,
Great technician, got carpet clean!
Jon Grimes cleaned our carpet a few days ago and did a fantastic job. It looks brand new!
