Carpets look great. Technician didn't rush and really worked hard to get stains out and make the carpet look great
I like that there isn't any residue left behind and that it is safe for pets and children.

They did three (3) rooms. 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. They did not clean the walk way on each side of the stairs. We did not realize they did not clean the walkways up stairs until they left. I called Zerorez to let them know that they did not clean the walk ways and Brittany told me she could call her back to clean it but that it would be $34.00 for each walkway. I said you have got to be kidding me, she said no ma'am it would be $64.00 to have it cleaned. That is absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend Zeroez to anyone.
The smell is refreshing and the carpet is NOT crunchy!
There are very careful with their equipment and do a very good job. Use fan to assist with drying.
The technician sent to our house was very friendly and did a great job on our carpets. Worked on a couple of spots fir us. Great job!

After the carpet dried, we didn't notice too much of an improvement. Maybe it just means the carpet needs to be replaced, but either way it didn't look much better than before the cleaning.
The time was scheduled between 12-2. They did not show up until 2:45, and I did not receive a call saying they would be late.
Smells good, did not bother any allergies. Zac was courteous and efficient.
