The products are great,nice smell after the carpets cleaned. The gentleman was very courteous, and asked if I had any questions, and had me expect the carpets before he packed up everything.
Excellent service! A+ rating. Erik was very courteous and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure how your process worked exactly but Erik took me step by step and explained everything. The water presentation was very neat. The carpets were dry very quick unlike other companies. I didn't think my carpets were that bad but he showed me what was being pulled out through the see through tube and it was horrible! I'll definitely schedule this more often. I'm recommending to everybody I know.
The technician was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain what she could do. She also took time to really do the job properly.

Needing to change my scheduled appointment until after 2:00 on this past Thursday and was assured by the person that called me that they would check schedule and call me back with options. Never happened, and your very nice technician showed up at 8:45am. It worked out but we weren't prepared for his arrival.

Erik, our technician, was very knowledgable and professional. This is by far the best service I've received ever! He took pride in protecting our home with corner protectors and wearing footies. The fact that you guys clean green is why I called but sending somebody like Erik truly makes me want to call back each month! He took the extra time to write down a whole list of tips and pointers so we would know how to better maintain our things. It was like talking to a carpet encyclopedia! Sending somebody who knows what they are doing and is clearly gifted at what he does put my mind at ease. He is a true asset to your company and I will be asking for him in a few months. (He even brought my trash cans up the driveway so I didn't have to. He didn't even tell me, I just noticed.) Thanks!!

Carpets should dry faster
I'm not sure. My carpet is 12 yrs old and has stains. The traffic area is bad. He got it to looking good, but after drying the traffic area and stains are 80% back. I wish I could replace it, but it is not in the plans.
Very professional. The carpets were cleaned well. The technician wore booties and put bumper guards up so no baseboards would be knocked up by the machine. I was very pleased with everything.
