Carpets were cleaned beautifully. They removed stains that others couldn't.

Easy to schedule, prompt (actually early) arrival, good service.

A foot soil stain remained in front of the couch. The carpet is only 7 months old and has stain master fibers. There were also dark soiling marks left from the cleaning process which weren't there before.

Pet feces stains also remained so we are unsure if there is an issue with the carpet or if it is your process. However it didn't appear the technician used spot remover since it wasn't noted on the invoice.

We are very unsatisfied with the cleaning.

I appreciated the phone call from Zerorez regarding my not so good comment on the cleaning I received regarding my hallway and the spot in my bedroom. They came out right away to redo my hallway and the spot in my bedroom. I was very pleased at the results from their efforts it was definitely cleaner and the spot in my bedroom is gone. I did notice that the carpet was not as wet this time like they had sucked up a lot of water, The first time my carpet was cleaned after the girl was done it was extremely wet.

Friendly and knowledgablw technician, no chemical smell

I've been pleased each time I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets.

I have used Zerorez since you opened and was never disappointed. This time, after moving into a new house that was 15 miles north (and closer) to Indianapolis, I was told there would be a $350 minimum (way more than living further south out of the service district) and then the serviceman that showed up was not conversational, helpful or informative -- like my experience with all other zerorez servicemen, nor did he offer me any add-ons or routine maintenance schedule after done, my carpets did not looks like high traffic areas had been cleaned very well, and he forgot to do my fiber protection until I asked him if it was done. He said he forgot so had to do that after he had packed up all of his equipment. THEN, the following day after my service, I get a call from Zerorez telling me the serviceman had lost my check for payment -- giving me the option of stopping payment with a deduction in cost for the service fee (which I appreciated very much) and pay by cc or mailing another check. Tara was great when she called, but it was just another disappointment in the service technician I had this time. I'm told he was new, but he did not have the same friendly, trustworthy, thorough worker demeanor I was used to from Zerorez. I hope you aren't getting so big that you are lowering the hiring standards of your service technicians. It was one thing I really appreciated about Zerorez and why I kept using the company. A disappointing service all around.

My carpet was amazingly clean without a residue on my feet.

The idea of not using the detergents that leave residue behind causing a vicious cycle.

Pretty simple, you follow thru with what you promise and back up your guarantee with no hassle. Very pleased to hire a company that stands by there work. From my experience, you normally have to fight with a company to get what you paid for in terms of product or a guarantee. I worked with 2 different individuals that cleaned our carpets and both did there jobs very well. The representative that came out the second time really did everything she could to make sure we were happy with the results and as a customer you cannot ask for more than that. Keep up the good work.
