Made the carpet look like-new!
Mike did a wonderful job cleaning our rather dirty carpets. We were very pleased with the outcome.
Very effective carpet treatment. I appreciated the thoroughness and information from the technician.
they did a wonderful job and did not leave my floor wet. And I liked the smell of the cleaning process.
One, the scheduling process was too complicated. Two, Past cleaners have been able to stretch the carpet.
We will find out if I don't smell any dog smells anymore.
Overall everything was great, price was starting to get expensive though
Ease of scheduling, carpets get clean and politeness of staff
Even with 6 box fans running the carpets were still damp after 36 hours.
Andy did a great job!
Zach is the best!!
Some areas around the edges of room or large furniture missed. Found a dog pee spot at the bottom of my son's bed and some packing tape on the floor by the computer cabinet that should have been moved of he had cleaned there
Nice staff and very thorough.
technician
I like that there are no chemicals and soap residue left in the carpet. My carpet is cleaner with your company than it ever was with your competitor who I was using previously. Zeroes is my new favorite carpet cleaner.
Friendly service, reasonable prices.
Quick process & quick drying
Excellent service, very good product.Very informative.
Prompt. Very good job
when doing work around stainless steel appliances, you should have your tech put some kind of cover to protect the stainless steel from getting stained with your floor cleaner
It's environmentally friendly
nice smell
I like that there are no harsh chemicals used. The light orange scent is nice.
Friendly. Professional.
No soap residue.
All the dirt and spots were taken out and have not returned as it is with many other carpet cleaning procedures.
I just picked Zerorez from Angie's List. Didn't really look into what this company was all about. I felt a little taken after the tech was here, but did let him clean the carpet. It still smells in spots, though visually does look cleaner. Then I decided to do what I should have done before calling and look up information about Zerorez. "Empowered water" Give me a break! My carpet was cleaned with nothing but water. Live and learn I guess.
Excellent service, great explanation of how the carpet status was before the cleaning and the findings.
I can't really think of anything right now I was pleased with the service we received.
No crunchy soap residuals!
