I like that the service people are highly trained in every aspect of the cleaning process. They are respectful of our home and take precaution to not scrape the walls and they wear shoe covers so they don't track in more dirt. They are also very polite and friendly.

I felt like the customer service I received was on point! Both technicians were very professional. They came in, were courteous, offered suggestions on how to keep my furniture lasting longer. I believe the Technicians name was Eric and but I'm drawing a blank on the other Technician. They were both great and work efficiently. A neighbor had dropped 3 bags off and the Tech offered to actually bring them in to help out. It was the nicest. They did a great job on the couches that needed to be cleaned. They were a 10 in customer service. Thanks again.

The products are great,nice smell after the carpets cleaned. The gentleman was very courteous, and asked if I had any questions, and had me expect the carpets before he packed up everything.

Excellent service! A+ rating. Erik was very courteous and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure how your process worked exactly but Erik took me step by step and explained everything. The water presentation was very neat. The carpets were dry very quick unlike other companies. I didn't think my carpets were that bad but he showed me what was being pulled out through the see through tube and it was horrible! I'll definitely schedule this more often. I'm recommending to everybody I know.

Needing to change my scheduled appointment until after 2:00 on this past Thursday and was assured by the person that called me that they would check schedule and call me back with options. Never happened, and your very nice technician showed up at 8:45am. It worked out but we weren't prepared for his arrival.
