Friendly techs, good prices, great product!
Eco-friendly products and process for cleaning. We have always been pleased with the end results as well as the personal interest and client centered attitude of the technicians.
It was a lot more expensive than I was quoted and the guarantee is not what we expected either.
Everything went very well. However it took allday over 8 hours to dry. I think the tech used too much water.

Cleaning is very thorough!
We expected better results and stain removal. It smelled clean but so many spots were left, even under the furniture where nobody is able to step and no pets are able to get to. Just not as clean as we expected based on the radio advertisements we heard.

No chemicals, Chris was great. Explained how the process worked, gave realistic expectations on what stains would come out. Very professional. Very efficient and timely. Will definitely use Zerorez again...
I was willing to pay more than 150 to have one room deodorized but it still smells but it isn't as bad as it was. I appreciate the effort. I was just hoping for better results.

Leaves the carpets looking and feeling new again.
Cleaning leaves carpet refreshed and feeling new. But I believe too much water was left in the carpet this time. With fans running it took some areas 24 hrs to dry and those areas were not the dirtiest. We were told it would take 4 to 10 hrs. We also had some areas which did not come as clean as we thought they should have. He said he went over those areas twice. We are disappointed in the end result and the fact that the carpet remained wet for so long. We didn't remember that being the case the last time.
Service was exceptional. Erik guided us step by step on the process and what would be done. He offered many different solutions for us to keep our carpets and upholstery cleaned. He really knew his stuff. He gave us some pros and cons of our carpet type, many which I would have never thought of. We felt comfortable enough to leave him in our home unattended(which I've never done with any other company). It was nice to get a few picture messages showing us how the job was going and he actually thanked US for calling Zerorez. Job well done. Great asset to your company.
The paint and drywall was chipped in 4 different areas. I called and Kevin Counsel returned my call. I emailed him pictures of the damage and he was supposed to contact me after receiving the pictures. I never heard anything and emailed him again to make sure he received the pictures and no response.

I LOVE that my carpets aren't crunchy, tacky or gummy. They look brand new which, honestly I thought was an impossibility. My Zerorez guy was on time, asked questions, then get this... Really listened to my response, he was detailed and efficient in his work. This is my second experience with Zerorez and they just keep getting better & better. I tell everyone if they aren't using Zerorez they're not getting the best.
