I like that the process doesn't rely on chemicals to do the job. It cleans well. (There were a couple of spots that didn't come clean and I used Resolve to finish it out - but over all very satisfied.) It dries quickly.

Your person answering the phone needs some better training. She didn't listen or is dyslexic. She didn't get the address, number of rooms or email correct. Really needs to work on customer service skills.

Tech was professional, friendly and accomodating.

The service men were very nice and professional. They explained the Zerorez treatment and I showed them the area that I would like cleaned. They did have to go over a couple of areas that were really dirty and did so. I liked the treatment seeing that my rug was really dirty and had a lot of ground in dirt that was removed. Again the service men were very cordial and explained the treatment and showed me the dirty residue that came out of my carpet. Thank you so much.

The spot in my bedroom is lighter but it is still prominent and I do not think the hallway is all that better. I was told pet protection was $30.00 I was charged $44.00

I really like the care that Erik took for our project, He makes sure the job is right and we are satisfied. He didn't try to pass off anything. I have had our carpet cleaned by many companies. this is the only one that has came back 3 times now.

It was incredibly hot and humid at the time our carpets were cleaned. As such, they stayed damp for days. You could advise prospective clients to have a dehumidifier on hand ahead of time, particularly during humid weather.

Also, the highest traffic areas did not clean up as well as I had hoped.

The people of Zerorez are WONDERFUL! I am just not pleased with the results.
Again, the people from the Patrick who came to my house to the manager who called to set up a second visit and then the two men who came with Patrick on that second visit were all very professional and very patient.
I am just sorry that I am disappointed with the results. But thank you for trying!!

Thorough, fast, smells fresh, professional staff.

The employee was very polite and professional. He explained the process and worked very hard. He was also mind full of our personal property. Our office carpet is old and worn but it cleaned up . The great room and hall carpet is less than a year old and had never been cleaned. We chose ZEROREZ because we didn't want to use harsh chemicals on it.

Everything went well from start to finish. The technician, Chris, called ahead and came on time. He asked about any problem area or stains and made sure to take care of them. He worked efficiently and got the carpets looking like new again! We will definitely use Zerorez next time we need our carpets cleaned!

MY CARPETS STAY CLEANER LONGER. ALSO, ERIC, MY TECHNICIAN IS A REAL ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY - FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND CAPABLE. THE ONE PROBLEM I HAVE IS YOUR POLICY TO NOT GIVE YOUR CLIENTS THEIR TIME SCHEDULE UNTIL TWO DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. IN THIS BUSY WORLD, IT PREVENTS ME FROM SCHEDULING ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT DAY UNTIL I HEAR FROM YOUR COMPANY. THAT PRESENTS A PROBLEM AND I CAN SEE NO REASON FOR IT SINCE DR. VISITS, NAIL AND HAIR APPTS, ETC. SCHEDULE WITH NO PROBLEM. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Help manage expectations of customers so they can prepare better. You base your service price off the room size, but 30% to 50% of a room does not get cleaned at all because no furnature gets moved. We could have been prepared to do that so the whole carpet could have been cleaned.
