The scheduling in this situation was absolutely horrific. We were offered few to no solutions by Melissa (?) the main scheduler when a problem arose. It took my husband having to call management to get anything done. When the actual cleaning took place, it was rushed and poorly done. Certainly not the Zerorez quality I have come to expect. Also, the carpet took an incredibly long time to dry - much longer than ever before.

Carpet looks great. It feels natural, not sticky. It stays cleaner-looking much longer than when cleaned by other companies.
They got out a rubber cement stain (about 5 inches in diameter) that had been there for years!!
I have older carpet, but it looks great. Prompt, good attention to detail, put down corner protectors for my walls, thorough job. Will recommend and use again.
Pet odor removal
Stephen was an excellent representative for your company. He did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and explaining your process. I especially like the "no chemicals" and could feel a difference in my carpet after it was cleaned. I have already recommended your service to a friend of mine who manages commercial properties and rental homes. She was very interested.
