Clean, no hard chemical
The crew was very friendly and efficient. I had given up on cleaning grout in my bathroom and it now looks NEW! I have already started "spreading the news" about how pleased it was!

I had a couple of rooms of carpet that were in pretty bad shape and the process cleaned them up very well. I would call zerorez out again in a minute!! :-)
I did recommend you to a neighbor and now that you left 2 stains in my living room I will talk with him again, show him the inadequate cleaning that was done and let him decide. this is the second time I have used your company and I am not satisfied this time AT ALL. they was someone training and if this is how your training then you have 2 technicians that are not great at their jobs.

The service was excellent and our tech, Jason, was great. He was very professional and thorough. Only complaint was having to wait 3-4 weeks to schedule our appointment, and I requested a morning time slot that wasn't honored. But the end result was great.

Employee was very polite and accommodating. Carpets looked good when he finished but now I realize the spots in the master bedroom did not come up. Seems it pulled them to the surface but did not eliminate. Prices were confusing. they honored my coupon but I cannot see where that was deducted from the total. Something about fee to dump dirty water???
The result was outstanding turned a dirty carpet to near new condition and removed stains that other treatments couldn't
Efficient, friendly service for a reasonable price
The people that came this time were very professional and personable. Cleaning came out well. They did much more than the first person did (even though the cleaning requested was the same). In other words, they actually did all of the services that was advertised instead of the first one who did not.
The technician's are always courteous and do a great job. The carpet isn't soaked and dry's quickly.
Our technician, Stephen was great. Very informative and insightful. I appreciated his timely arrival and completion of the job.
Service tech was over 2 hours late and we had a 2-4p window for service. He called at 3:40p to say he was 30 min. out and did not show until after 6pm and that was with 3 calls to the office by me/
