No chemical residue, safe for my pets
First time customer. So far the carpet looks great. I'm going to have someone come back and do another room
The carpet looks worse than before. There are clean streaks in the carpet. The rest is very dirty. I need someone to come out and actually clean my carpet.
My white carpet is very difficult to clean. There are many shadows difficult stains to remove. That being said, Series did an excellent job! My stairs look great! Thanks.
The confirmation and customer service was awesome! Mike was fantastic! He never once looked at me like "wow lady those carpets are horrible" like every other company has before. He was no nice and courteous and FAST! We are moving and I'm glad we can still call ZEROREZ there too!

Really like seeing the dirty water go through the clear filter, nice to know it's being taken out and not left behind. No residue!!! Really thought the protection demonstration was really nice to see what I'm paying for and what it does for my carpets. Will use again and have recommended you to friends and family already.

I like that the process doesn't rely on chemicals to do the job. It cleans well. (There were a couple of spots that didn't come clean and I used Resolve to finish it out - but over all very satisfied.) It dries quickly.

Your person answering the phone needs some better training. She didn't listen or is dyslexic. She didn't get the address, number of rooms or email correct. Really needs to work on customer service skills.
