Great service! Very polite and complies with all requests. Does a great job! I have never used a carpet service that does such a good job and gets out all the stains! I have been using Zerorez for years and would not use anyone else.
Efficiency of process and removed the pet dtains.
I liked that there were no chemical smells, and everything smelled clean and fresh. The drying process did not seem to take as long as other cleaners. Patrick was professional and courteous.

Sorry this took so long but our company just left. We were not happy with the appearance of the carpet after being cleaned.

Very likely to recommend Zerorez. Carpets are now spotless and soft. I can not believe how clean they are. From Chocolate milk to pet stains. GONE....Technician was great....

The technician was very informative and helpful. The carpets look and feel better than they have any other time I've had them cleaned. There is none of that crunchy feeling when you want on the carpets.

on time service ,did a great job and smelled fresh and dry in a few hours. if only our cats would respect all the hard work and money spent.
Really great technician seemed to be knowledgable and willing to share information! He removed all stains but one very dark nail polish blob.
The first cleaning tech failed in multiple assigned areas. Doorways, spots not addressed, not going all the way up to the walls. We run a Medical Office and clean is everything. Had to get up at 6am on the North side the following Saturday to have another tech redo areas. He was quite nice, but it was frustrating to have so much not done the first time.
We didn't expect perfection but they did not clean up nice at all. We still have streaks in our carpet. It almost made it worse. I tried to give it time but still looks bad.
I like that no chemicals are used Chris did an excellent job of making sure he knew where we needed him to take extra care.
Technicians were well spoken, neat, conscience, knew the process and the science behind Zerorez. Felt very comfortable having them in my home. AND, my carpets look very nice. Good job Mike and Patrick. Thank you.
