Every Carpet cleaning company has a " gimmick" for doing a better job than their competitors. I am not sure if ZEROREZ has done revolutionary process or is just a gimmick. I choose them because the results seem to be better than several other top carpet cleaners I have chosen !!!

The promptness of the Cleaning Technician to begin with plus the quality of his work, explanation of how Zerorez works with high efficiency power, neatness in appearance and his persona. It was a great experience and the carpets look super great!
He also cleaned and sealed the tile in two baths. The best the flooring has looked in years.

I like that my carpet doesn't have that crunchy feel to it afterwards. And it dries very fast, so I can put my room and furniture back almost immediately.
The furniture was NOT clean and I was not offered "scotch guard" product. I'am glad I didn't choose to protect the furniture because it would have made it more difficult to re-clean. I have never been as disappointed in a service as I have been yours. It was money saved for this purpose and was totally wasted.

Chris did a great job and the product leaves a light clean citrus smell which is very important to me because I have very bad allergies. All the puppy pet stains came out and my white carpet looks great! Thank you Zerorez!

We are not sure that your system was able to completely get rid of our stains. It dried quickly and feels good, however,
you can see some of the same spots are not gone.
