I told the scheduler that I had room size rugs I wanted to have done, but when the technician arrived I learned that empowered water could not be used on rugs on wood floors. Disappointing. Our carpet looks good, though.

Very impressed with how well my very old carpets cleaned with zerorez. I have waited to write a review to be certain the clean held up and it is almost as if it old worn stains/wear patterns have gotten lighter/better as time goes on.
I felt like the carpet did not look significantly cleaner. I really thought it could have looked better. Next time I will probably have my husband just rent a machine and do it ourselves. He does a much better job.
