I like the concept of being chemical free and a water based cleaning product. This was my first experience and initial outcome is good. Will see how it holds up.

We like the way the carpet looks and and how soft it feels after it has been cleaned. Stairs always turn out great! Will always use Zerorez.

I am very sensitive to perfumes and scents. From the radio ads I expected there to be very little scent with your cleaners. Although it was a somewhat pleasant smell, it was overpowering to me. I would prefer a light and clean smell instead of a heavy perfume that lingers. I know it's a "natural" orange scent but it was too much.
After cleaning, carpets look practically new. Technician was very thorough, polite and professional.
Techs appear to care about their job. Management was here right away to follow up when an issue surfaced.
The carpet looked great. The furniture was spotless. All surfaces dried quickly.
My carpet was cleaned by1:00pm on Tuesday and let is still damp at 8:00 pm on Wed. Needs A faster drying time.
They worked extremely hard and did the best that can be done on our old carpet.
