Able to setup appointment quickly, carpets dry quickly, took out all our stains.

There are some areas that did not come up in the carpet. And we had this done on Tuesday and our house smelled like bleach for going on day 2 now. It was so bad Tuesday night we all had headaches and opened the windows in this 90 degree weather. Is this always the case? The cleaning for the most part was good except for these issues.

My husband forgot the name of our carpet cleaner but Tom said he was very professional and worked very hard to clean our carpets! He was able to remove the dirt from the high traffic areas ! Job well done !

I scheduled Zerorez for a sub extraction for pet odor. The equipment did not work so the technician had to drive back to the shop to get working equipment. The sub extraction did not remove the odor from either closet; however, I understand it was not guaranteed to work.

Be more thorough take the extra five minutes per room to make sure it is the best you can do. Spots here and there shouldn't be dry. I Had to have you come back out and fix a simple makeup spot. Not talking a huge red lipstick mark or anything I'm talking a few dots of brown foundation. Which I ran over w a baby wipe and the baby wipe had some of the color on it. Bi was able to get all the spots up w zero left. So I'm sure your guy could've worked a little harder and been successful. Other than that carpets looked great.
