Dried fast and still looks great. I like knowing there are no chemicals on the floor. Way better job than SS. We won't go back.
I was given arrival time of 10 to 12. Call at 10:10 saying closer to 12. Call at 12:30 saying it would be closer to 130. Dining room looks great. Living room just okay

The product did an excellent job cleaning out all of the the stains. Even the ones that I was sure would only be reduced but not removed entirely. The child/pet safe empowered water is a big plus for me as I have both a 15 month old and a lab mix.

My carpets were not clean. The man said we could walk on them with socks . My white socks were black. He said my carpet would be dry on 4 hours, it was over 8 hours. Was a total waste of money! I expect a refund! I am an Angie's list member.

Wonderful experience from the first phone call to after the carpets dried. Melissa was very knowledgeable and helpful with scheduling. Matt did an amazing job with our carpets. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Carpets are very clean, smell great and feel soft!! We will definitely use Zerorez again!
Easy to schedule appt, tech arrived earlier than we had scheduled which worked out great, simple process, no residue, stains did not reappear
