I like the feel of the carpet after the cleaning and the professional way the technician explained the service and his work.
Our carpet looked great and didn't take as long to dry as it has with other carpet cleaning companies. Professional staff and lots of communication from Zerotez. Used a coupon I paid for on Angie's List and that was no problem for Zerorez.

Clean. The carpet dries quickly. I know there are very few chemicals and soaps in the product. I feel like the carpet is clean without a lot of residue.
The addt'l $33 for pet treatment in one room was a waste of time. It didn't do anything. Refund requested but not granted.
Aaron was awesome! He was very professional and extremely personable. I lived the fact that he wore those paper booties over his shoes whenever he was in the house. We'll done! I will absolutely use Zerorez again and to clean my couches!!

It's been a couple weeks since ZeroRez cleaned our carpets, and I am still very very happy with the outstanding results. I just wish I had done this much sooner! I will definitely call ZeroRez again - and will request Jon, who could not have been more professional.

I would absolutely recommend Zerorez; however, I had a red stain from spilled soda and your impowered water is not enough to remove the red stain. For that, I should have had Langerwalter, but I will certainly call Zerorez again because I generally have normal cleaning to do.

My carpets were left very wet and I was told they would be dry in 4 to 6 hours. It is coming up on 48 hours since the technician left my home and the carpets are still wet and damp in several areas. I have been using fans constantly to help the drying process. I am also disappointed in the cleaning of the carpets. I do realize heavy traffic areas experience wear on the carpet and cannot be fixed but I am finding lots of small spots that do not seemed to be treated or cleaned. I don't know that you can make anything right. I am afraid your cleaning process has done more damage than good to my carpets.
Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable and did his job extremely efficiently and well.
He was able to remove stains and dirt from a very heavily trafficked area on an older carpet that I had no expectations would come nearly as clean as he got it. The two other rooms we had cleaned has newer carpeting and they look as they did after installation now.

The technician completed the cleaning very quickly and was courteous. The carpet dried quickly and smelled/looked like new!
Technician didn't seem all that willing to move furniture, wasn't that thorough in corners, and didn't clean between floor vents and walls at all. I was quite surprised that there weren't two technicians working together (moving furniture, holding up cords & drapes, etc.) instead of just the one.
Consistency among technicians. While our technician was efficient, he was not as thorough as other techs we've had. Or maybe we're just spoiled by the above and beyond customer service. Again, our technician was good, but just not consistent with other experiences. It makes me think twice about referring the company since I'm not sure what their experience would be.
