I spent close to $600 to have two areas of carpet cleaned and can still smell dog urine. I was told the problem could be resolved with your treatment but this was not the case. I spent a lot of money to still have to replace the carpet when your technician should have been honest and said that the smell probably wasn't going to come out. My $600 would have been much better spent replacing the carpets instead of wasted on your service.

The reason why I hired the company was to get the arms of my sofa clean. As I look at it now four days after the cleaning the sofa is fully dry but the arms still have stains. It is not an old sofa and I am somewhat disappointed that the zerorez system couldn't do a better job and getting out the wear and tear grime on the arms. It would be ideal to get a partial refund as the service did not meet my expectations at all.

The technican I had was good,Aaron,he explained the process and was very throughin a timely manner. My carpet was really dirty with pet orders from renters but now no orders and my cream color carpet is cream again.Thank you guys so much.

I cleared everything out of three bedrooms and a hallway, Including the all mattresses from the three bedrooms. All that remained in the bedrooms was a box spring on a frame.

I indicated to the person cleaning that it was the only thing i did not move as it was light and no where to move them to. I said i could move them when needed and move back and was told not problem. I was at my home the entire time of the cleaning process. I told the person cleaning if anything was needed I was available.

The rooms upon inspection looked great. It was only after starting to move the furniture back into the room that I discovered that none of the bed frames had been moved and the carpet had not been cleaned under them. I was within speaking distance of the person cleaning the carpet and nothing was asked or said about these 3 frames being moved for him to access. This would have taken a total of 10 seconds per bed.

Now I am left with three rooms with the areas under the light and movable bed frames uncleaned. I work in residences all the time and communication is key! There was no communication regarding this and therefore leaving an incomplete job and a somewhat unhappy customer.

I was very pleased right up until the time in which I moved the bed frames. Communication and attention to detail was great right up to the point where I need to reschedule the final cleaning of the areas underneath three bed frames that would have taken a total of less than a minute to roll to the side.

The tech that arrived and performed the service was outstanding right up to the time he did not communicate that, Hey "I am not going to clean under any of the 3 beds.

The finish product is the most important and will be what is remembered. The carpet looks great except right where I moved the bed frame back towards towards the wall to see an area 3' X 16" that was probably the least soiled of areas cleaned, uncleaned because of the frame not being moved.

All being said great product and service but lack of communication with male of the house being present and available for anything that might come up leads to a problem. And it did. 3 areas under 3 bed frames easily moved remain uncleaned.

I will be cleaning the areas myself, and as a result not a good process and will be remembered for the next scheduled cleaning of areas within the house.

Just used zeroes for the first time yesterday. My carpet feels very clean, without the chemicals & residue other methods leave. There is a slight "chlorine" scent, due to the alkaline state of the water used. So slight that I really have to search for it. I had some stains from puppy accidents, plant water overflows and generally dirty traffic areas. The stains are nearly gone. Certainly lightened to be less noticible. Michael was respectful, professional, on time & thorough. I'm very happy. If I had any changes to request, I would ask for a coupon (fairly expensive compared to others), and a follow up call after treatment to retreat stains. I will definitely recommend!

The tech. was very professional. He did a great job. Carpet came out like new. Did not take long to dry. Very, very, pleased. Great price !!!!
