Really great technician seemed to be knowledgable and willing to share information! He removed all stains but one very dark nail polish blob.

The first cleaning tech failed in multiple assigned areas. Doorways, spots not addressed, not going all the way up to the walls. We run a Medical Office and clean is everything. Had to get up at 6am on the North side the following Saturday to have another tech redo areas. He was quite nice, but it was frustrating to have so much not done the first time.

We didn't expect perfection but they did not clean up nice at all. We still have streaks in our carpet. It almost made it worse. I tried to give it time but still looks bad.

I like that no chemicals are used Chris did an excellent job of making sure he knew where we needed him to take extra care.

My carpet had heavy traffic in certain places like the doorways, made my carpet 2 tone but now Zerorez made my whole carpet look new, The technician was nice and friendly.

The technician was very polite and the house smelled great, however I was disappointed after he left and really took a good look. I took a little oxy clean to my kitchen floor and the water was instantly filthy. So I just wasn't convinced in the deep down clean.
