No soap residue.
All the dirt and spots were taken out and have not returned as it is with many other carpet cleaning procedures.
I just picked Zerorez from Angie's List. Didn't really look into what this company was all about. I felt a little taken after the tech was here, but did let him clean the carpet. It still smells in spots, though visually does look cleaner. Then I decided to do what I should have done before calling and look up information about Zerorez. "Empowered water" Give me a break! My carpet was cleaned with nothing but water. Live and learn I guess.

The carpet looks the same as before you cleaned it.
Person who cleaned was efficient the entire time, did not move slowly or waste time. Was professional and courteous. The actual product of cleaning did a great job on our carpets and furniture. The scheduling was easy as well as I did it all from my mobile.
Two pieces of advice. 1) I was price shopping online and found that you do not see the prices on your website until you begin to schedule your appointment. This was a bit confusing, as it took several clicks of filling out info to ascertain pricing. I would suggest streamlining that. 2) The website and email indicated I would receive a call the next day confirming my appointment - but it was not until the morning of the appointment that I had it confirmed. I would suggest confirming the day after someone puts the schedule request in - to ensure that the person indeed did schedule it. Then the day of the appointment to ensure that the time frame still works for the client. Though I can see arguing that two phone calls is too many when you can accomplish it in one.

I was told the floors would be drive within 4-8 hours. This time, they were still wet almost 24 hours later!

Your appointment confirmation phone service. Example, Even though we called back and confirmed [via a voicemail message because no one ever answered your phone], you didn't know that we'd left such messages and you continued to call. Thankfully, we were able to answer that call.
Also, removal of spots/traffic paths was not as impressive as the radio commercials said the results would be.
The floors feel so clean and fresh after you're done. There's no chemical smell or feel so I don't mind walking around in bare feet or socks. I also feel confident about letting my small children get on the floor without worrying about anything getting on them.

we were concerned if the carpet would be as clean as when we last had it cleaned with Stanley Steamer 2 years go because of not using not only chemicals but also soap. We were amazed ad pleasantly suprised and we indeed will use Zerorez again and definitely recommend to others.

Let your service tech have a copy of the costs for work being requested out side
the original quoted price. We added a few features and had sticker shock at the end of the service. It would have been nice to know what cost WE were adding. John, our tech was polite and professional and did a fine job.

Matt is a great rep for the company he explained the process as he was doing it. He was very thorough. He gave me great tips & suggestions. He took great care to insure the products didn't harm our antique furniture.
I am very satisfied with the service provided by Zerorez. Jon was very professional, arrived on time and it took him the exact amount of time that he told me to complete the job. I imagined that I would see a huge difference in the look of my carpeting, not having had it cleaned in the 8 years that I have lived here. Jon did explain that the age of the carpet contributed to the worn traffic area but I still thought I would see a dramatic difference, which I do not. I doubt there is anything you can do to make things right, the carpeting is the dingy color originally.
The technician (Zach G) did an amazing job! My whole house was cleaned and my carpets look wonderful! He was polite, on time and very professional! He answered any questions I had about current spots and worked to make sure the customer was informed and happy with the job.
