Some areas around the edges of room or large furniture missed. Found a dog pee spot at the bottom of my son's bed and some packing tape on the floor by the computer cabinet that should have been moved of he had cleaned there

I like that there are no chemicals and soap residue left in the carpet. My carpet is cleaner with your company than it ever was with your competitor who I was using previously. Zeroes is my new favorite carpet cleaner.

when doing work around stainless steel appliances, you should have your tech put some kind of cover to protect the stainless steel from getting stained with your floor cleaner
