Second time I've used Zerorez. The first time, I was impressed with the Technician's communication during the process and going the extra mile. This time everything was VERY 'cold,' beginning with scheduling on the phone. Perhaps Zerorez has gown too fast that the 'human element' has been replaced with 'sticking to the scrip,' no more, no less.

The Tech did a great job on our carpet. We have 3 dogs that have done a # on our carpet and we were not expecting miracles. But it looks 100% better and it smelled great too.
Your technicians are very professional and friendly. You stood behind your service and came back for another try to eliminate our pet odor issue (which seemed to have worked the 2nd time). The owner personally called me to discuss my issue and seemed genuinely committed to helping.

I was satisfied with the technician whom I worked with before. Yet the communication I received when calling to set up the appointment with the customer service representative, owner (Ray), and GM (Kevin Council) was poor.
When I initially phoned and spoke with the representative to establish the appointment I was told that I needed to have an estimate done (despite having services done multiple times before). I stressed the need to have this estimate done on Friday 8/16/16 due to our private practice not seeing patients on that day. The representative assured me she would speak to her manager regarding this request. I also specified a window of time on 8/19 (from 2p-4pm) if she was unable to accommodate the estimate on 8/16.
Following this conversation I received a confirmation for the estimate indicating the time frame from 9am to 12pm on 10/19. I phoned and spoke with Ray (owner) indicating my dissatisfaction with the scheduling. He indicated that he was not aware that a request had been made for Friday 8/16 and assured me that he would change the time on 10/19 to 2pm to 4pm. I again reiterated the reason that I needed the estimate scheduled at this time was because we were busy with patients. He apologized for the inconvenience and stated the appointment had been changed. He indicated that he was also unclear why an estimate needed to be completed since our cleaning was "pretty straightforward."
On Monday 10/19 Kevin Council (GM) arrived at 10am to provide the estimate. I was upset that the time had not been changed despite receiving verbal confirmation of this change by Ray. The office that needed the estimate was being used with patients. I reiterated with Kevin the need to assure that the cleaning was scheduled for 9/23 from 1pm to 4pm. He informed me that the cleaning would be scheduled during that time frame.
On Friday 9/23 the the technician from Zerorez called to confirm that our cleaning was scheduled from 9am to noon. He indicated he was on his way and arrived at 11am. We were not at the office when he arrived, yet he waited but, he was kind enough to wait. I was grateful that he had waited because once again the scheduling had not been coordinated for the time frame that I had requested. Extremely DISAPPOINTING!!
Eric is fantastic! He does an amazing job! He is very courteous and professional! Will definitely keep using zerorez. With two laborador retrievers I look forward to fresh clean carpets!
