Had 2 rooms cleaned. One was wonderful. The other,was okay. But there was at least one area that was dirty from something spilled and wasn't even touched. I left for an appointment and my Mom said the tech was only cleaning the large family room for 15 or 20 minutes and he was gone and never even let her know he was gone. The one area that needed attention was missed completely.
Took more time to clean and did a more thorough job.
I still have stains and I paid an extra $45 to neutralize pet smells...it did not work at all.

Matt the tech was much more professional than the tech from a previous company we used.
He spent as much time as needed to do the job and get some touch stains out of the carpets. He even spent some time playing with our new dog when he was finished. He rates a 10.
Good job cleaning. My appointment took too long. Nice service guy but he needed to stay on tract. Was on his phone many times when I would walk into the area he was working. Had to get a ride from school for my 10 year old even though my appointment was at 11:00

I loved the fact that my carpets literally look brand new. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what he was doing. HE even took the time to leave me step by step directions on how to keep my carpets clean.
You have options to clean dog spots and to help with smell. Price for those options are too high.
