Our technician was timely, courteous, thorough and explained the process and what to expect. We are very happy with the end results - our furniture and carpeting looks almost like new. We are very pleased with Zerorez and we highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. They are the fourth company we have used and by far Zerorez is the best. Without hesitation, they deserve a 10 rating!

For our Turkish rugs, the price seems high. But like that is it done with water and not chemicals.

The carpet ended up clean, not too wet, and the service technician was capable and friendly.

We've had our carpets cleaned before, but your cleaning was far above any others. Our carpet was to the point that we've said that we need to have it replaced within 3 to 6 months. If it was up to me, I wanted them replaced NOW! After your services, I think I can stick out the wait - the carpet looks awesome! Almost good enough to keep.

We seen a lot of improvement in the brightness in the color and the nap was lifted and made in more plush feeling. We were very satisfied with the results and the young man was very polite and personable.

When I called to request a quote, I asked for carpet stain retardant for the areas I was having cleaned - 5 rooms and a hallway. The saleswoman gave me the price. When the carpet cleaner came onsite, he said that the price for the stain retardant was only for the hallway. Now who would put stain retardant only on a hallway when they have two dogs? So he supposedly gave me a good deal and I paid more.

Also the company's ad said that you use fanS to quicken the dry time. There was only one fan and the carpets took longer than any other carpet cleaning we have ever had done. The ads we heard on the radio told us how fast the carpet dried and that was one reason we went with your company. We had to block the dogs in the galley kitchen for 10 hours and use our own fans to dry the carpet so we could finally get it dry. The carpet cleaner said it might take up to 24 hours to get it completely dry. We believe that the ads should be more honest especially in this area and we feel the person taking the order should be more specific.

The score would have been lower but the carpet cleaner was a nice person and tried to do his best in a not good situation.

Your team member was great. Considerate, careful in our home, cordial and pleasant. He did his job with focus and noticed a few spots I had not. Please let me describe why I was not satisfied:

I have avoided carpet cleaners and done my own "dry cleaning" for some time because our last experience was bad; carpet so soaked it took five days before our socks didn't get wet. (I did mention that before your employee began.) We were told by Zerorez that dry time was approx. 4-6 hours. I figured that by overnight it would indeed be ready to replace furniture. Today at 36 hours later my socks were still getting damp. Nothing like the last bad experience, but clearly not as we were told. My second disappointment was that the traffic areas improved but still could be clearly seen. So, today I returned to Capture and hand-cleaned the entrance to our dining room. Now it does look clean everywhere in that room. But it is frustrating that a machine system does
not seem to be able to complete the job...so no, I think my friends would also be disappointed. Thank you for inquiring and trying to satisfy your customers!
