There isn't any harsh chemicals used, the customer service was great! I've heard about zerorez on the radio everyday and finally had to try it out for myself. My wife and inbuilt our house 3 years ago and never had our carpets cleaned. Our carpets looks brand new!

Technician was excellent. Explained everything he was going to do regarding the cleaning and had me check the room before he went on to the next one. I called Ernest later that afternoon to ask a question regarding a stain that was apparent after the room was dry. He explained that I should call the office and explain the stain. I did call today and left a message but have not heard from the office yet.
Grout was pulled up where there had been a previous crack, but this crack was pointed out at the beginning. Otherwise I'm pretty happy...would not have been without the discount. Cannot imagine paying full price at all. Seems highly over-priced.
Matt is a great cleaner and the process used is very effective.
The finished product was a night and day difference. Our house was left smelling fresh and clean and the carpeting looked almost brand new. Ernest Duncan went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of and we will definitely be using Zerorez Indy again!

I referred one of my friends to zeroez. I love the fact that cleaning chemicals don't leave a residue on the carpet.
My carpet feels a little crunchy and not as fluffy as before. You need better shoe protectors. Even though my technician wore them, I have footprints and hose marks on my hardwood floors.

Dependable and nice guy. Seemed to be very efficient and did his job well.
Ernest did a great job on our daughters carpet so that is why we asked for him specifically. Ernest did a great job for us last week and we plan on having him back next week. He was able to remove stains that I did not think would come up. The carpet looks very good.

I was going to call you as I still have 2 spots next to my be that are very noticeable. In fact one is sticky Did not notice this when carpet was still wet. I had pointed these out to your employee before we started. These 2 spots are not from the cat..Your employee was kind knowledgableand very courteous. He se
