I like the cleaning process, and I have been happy with the results. I always find the technicians helpful, knowlegeable.

They smell and feel clean. We just bought this house, and the previous owners had a cat, which we are allergic to, and we've had no allergy issues.

I liked the promptness. Zach did an excellent job, was willing to answer questions both before and after the cleaning. Very professional job. Liked the orange smell, just didn't last long enough.

The phone connection of the person calling on Sat was bad. She had to call back a second time and it was just as bad, very staticky, only get every other word. That was hard to know for sure where we were on the schedule.

It was nice to schedule via website and also get a confirmation call.

When carpet was wet, it looked good. When it dried spots were still there. I used some very hot water on a towel and got some of the spots up myself. I think Andy was very nice but so disappointed in way carpets looked. I spent more time getting out what your company did not. First time using zero res, spots came out, this time no.

I like that my carpet is free of puppy spots! Can't wait to get my bedroom done when I have the money available!
