Let your service tech have a copy of the costs for work being requested out side
the original quoted price. We added a few features and had sticker shock at the end of the service. It would have been nice to know what cost WE were adding. John, our tech was polite and professional and did a fine job.

Matt is a great rep for the company he explained the process as he was doing it. He was very thorough. He gave me great tips & suggestions. He took great care to insure the products didn't harm our antique furniture.
I am very satisfied with the service provided by Zerorez. Jon was very professional, arrived on time and it took him the exact amount of time that he told me to complete the job. I imagined that I would see a huge difference in the look of my carpeting, not having had it cleaned in the 8 years that I have lived here. Jon did explain that the age of the carpet contributed to the worn traffic area but I still thought I would see a dramatic difference, which I do not. I doubt there is anything you can do to make things right, the carpeting is the dingy color originally.
The technician (Zach G) did an amazing job! My whole house was cleaned and my carpets look wonderful! He was polite, on time and very professional! He answered any questions I had about current spots and worked to make sure the customer was informed and happy with the job. Definitwlynplan to use him again and recommend him to my friends and coworker

The man that came was very nice and did a thorough job. But since we have swept 4 times in just that area and we have a half of canister of dirt. Maybe it was just brought to the surface
Our carpets were cleaned most efficiently and effectively by a highly courteous gentleman. He previewed the traffic areas and gave special attention to a couple of "spill spots". We are thrilled with the results and will definitely call for him and Zerorez again!!
The service is rather expensive (in comparison to other companies) and there does not seem to be many specials or they don't seem willing to give reasonable discounts. I was given 5% on a portion of the cleaning through Angie's List which amounted to $13.00. I paid approx $600 for 4 rooms and 2 pcs of furniture. I would have cleaned areas more had it been less expensive. My house is fairly new and this is the 1st carpet cleaning. It will be interesting to see how the no residue cleaning stays clean.
