Very impressed with how well my very old carpets cleaned with zerorez. I have waited to write a review to be certain the clean held up and it is almost as if it old worn stains/wear patterns have gotten lighter/better as time goes on.

I felt like the carpet did not look significantly cleaner. I really thought it could have looked better. Next time I will probably have my husband just rent a machine and do it ourselves. He does a much better job.

The carpet and stairs particularly have kept cleaner longer than other company cleanings in the past years.

The technician, Andy, was very knowledgeable and polite. He was on-time, and took the time to notice, ask about, and treat any trouble spots. I will be a repeat customer, and very willing to recommend zerorez to my neighbors.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the day before Thanksgiving just a little over a week before the big day! I was shocked!

My carpets are probably 15 years old. I have had many children, big dogs who like to drag in mud. The carpets looked amazing! I think even the technician was shocked at how clean they got. He even got out an old dog "sick" stain! The most amazing thing that I found was that my carpets were "fluffed"-you could even see foot prints in the nap!

I will recommend and sing the praises of Zeroez to any who need carpet cleaning services!

Carpets were mostly cleaned. However I did find some spots where there was dust in the corners that were not touched at all which I feel should have . There were also some paint spots that I went to after with some warm water and got out. I feel like if the technician hit certain spots of the water base paint that was on the carpets they could and should have been removed.

However, I felt like moisture not extracted enough. I was unable to open windows to help dry out. Master smelled funny a few days later still. End of bath towels smelled like the carpet cleaning agent, like it was soaking it up, even when we changed out the towels that night, the new ones smelled like it the next morning. Last time, carpet on steps was almost standing straight up, but not this time. Spot in family room by door showed back up.

I didn't realize that the technician would just clean around the larger furniture...our fault for not asking or understanding - but perhaps you could include in your correspondence that you should move all items (not just small that was noted)?
