Tile and grout were very clean, but this morning there is some kind of residue or film in places, probably not rinsed sufficiently.
Andy was great, very nice and professional! My only negative is that my appointment time was quoted between 2 and 4 pm and at about 4:10 I hadn't heard anything. I called and was told Andy was on his way over. I had worked my schedule to be available between 2 and 4 so it was very frustrating to not hear anything and have to proactively call to see when he would be there.

I had multiple pieces of furniture cleaned and a rug. The Zero Rez technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He worked very hard and stayed until pieces where cleaned. He clearly demonstrated his work ethic and his attention to detail. We would highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again.
