Your team member was great. Considerate, careful in our home, cordial and pleasant. He did his job with focus and noticed a few spots I had not. Please let me describe why I was not satisfied:

I have avoided carpet cleaners and done my own "dry cleaning" for some time because our last experience was bad; carpet so soaked it took five days before our socks didn't get wet. (I did mention that before your employee began.) We were told by Zerorez that dry time was approx. 4-6 hours. I figured that by overnight it would indeed be ready to replace furniture. Today at 36 hours later my socks were still getting damp. Nothing like the last bad experience, but clearly not as we were told. My second disappointment was that the traffic areas improved but still could be clearly seen. So, today I returned to Capture and hand-cleaned the entrance to our dining room. Now it does look clean everywhere in that room. But it is frustrating that a machine system does
not seem to be able to complete the job...so no, I think my friends would also be disappointed. Thank you for inquiring and trying to satisfy your customers!

Had 2 rooms cleaned. One was wonderful. The other,was okay. But there was at least one area that was dirty from something spilled and wasn't even touched. I left for an appointment and my Mom said the tech was only cleaning the large family room for 15 or 20 minutes and he was gone and never even let her know he was gone. The one area that needed attention was missed completely.

I still have stains and I paid an extra $45 to neutralize pet smells...it did not work at all.

Matt the tech was much more professional than the tech from a previous company we used.
He spent as much time as needed to do the job and get some touch stains out of the carpets. He even spent some time playing with our new dog when he was finished. He rates a 10.

Good job cleaning. My appointment took too long. Nice service guy but he needed to stay on tract. Was on his phone many times when I would walk into the area he was working. Had to get a ride from school for my 10 year old even though my appointment was at 11:00
