Carpet does not look any cleaner than it did before. Expected a little better for the price. Thought I was getting the pet trearen't for $44 total, and was per room. Although the tech showed me the total price and I agreed. Not horrible job, but not anything to rave about.

A stain on my daughters floor came out on the day of cleaning, but 2 days later, it's back. How does that happen? I have more family coming to town this weekend and the floor doesn't look much better than it did last week. It's disappointing.

Seemed more expensive than other cleaners I've used, but did a good job and personable worker.
I like the way the carpet was cleaned. I love the spot remover. The only thing I didn't like is the pre-spray used was sprayed all over everything...my furnature, wall trip, etc. That to me should be refined so that it's not indiscriminately sprayed all over the house.
The carpet looked awesome after Matt was finished. He was so polite and informative.
