Always a great job done by courteous folks.

Very nice, polite young man.
However, I felt like moisture not extracted enough. I was unable to open windows to help dry out. Master smelled funny a few days later still. End of bath towels smelled like the carpet cleaning agent, like it was soaking it up, even when we changed out the towels that night, the new ones smelled like it the next morning. Last time, carpet on steps was almost standing straight up, but not this time. Spot in family room by door showed back up.

I didn't realize that the technician would just clean around the larger furniture...our fault for not asking or understanding - but perhaps you could include in your correspondence that you should move all items (not just small that was noted)?

Professional , on time, clean smell

I've already recommended Zerorez to two friends! Our carpet and couch are over 10 years old, but they look bright and fresh.

Got my 10 year old light beige carpet very clean. Smells clean and fresh throughout my house. I am very pleased with the results.

pet-friendly, does a good job cleaning the carpet

I was disappointed in the results in my high traffic areas. Two of the 4 traffic areas looked lighter but the other 2 areas looked worse (darker) after the cleaning. I question whether or not enough pre-treating was done in those areas. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the service. The technician (Matt) was on time, careful & did a thorough job. There was no odor to aggravate my asthma & the carpets feel soft not crunchy. If my traffic areas could be improved, I would be very satisfied.

Patrick is the best! My tile and grout look fabulous!! The carpet looks great. He is a very hard worker and I recommend him highly. Thank you for that wonderful clean house feeling.

I like how fresh the smell is.... no chemical odors at all. And the carpet is soft.

It did take a lot longer to dry than they told us, though.

The tech did a very google job on thecarpet, but I asked for a price to clean a 5'X7' rug. He gave me two cost one was on site cleaning the other to take off site. After he left I went to roll the rug up it took me running the vacuum over the rug and dumping the vac 3 times to be able to use the rug.

Overall did good just should not do rugs on site

I like the fact that is is chemical free.

Service was granted to me, even though I lived in an apartment. Other services I contacted, were unable to serve me, as they did not use self-contained water. Andy was very cordial and helpful.

Representative, Matt, was on time, polite and explained all service as he was doing each
step. He was observant of pets, pet stains and overall a great employee of yours!

Chris was great to work with. He was very thorough in going over what I wanted and what it would take to get it clean.
