Andy, the carpet tech was very knowledge, did an excellent job of explaining everything, pay attention to details/spots, was very respectful and pleasant. I like that Zerorez doesn't use soap and chemicals. My rugs look great.

I asked to focus on one area where my grandson had an accident. It seems the same. The carpet doesn't look any cleaner. The technician was very nice however.

My technician was on time. The carpets look amazing, and there is a fresh scent to the rooms that previously had a pet oder.
The technician was very courteous and professional. He called ahead to advise me of his ETA and was exactly on time. He did a very good job of explaining the process and asked if there were any questions that I may have. I really like the look and feel of my carpet once it was cleaned. The empowered water and the lack of chemical residue was just as described. I have already referred Zerorez to a coworker and will do so to friends and family that are seeking to have carpet and upholstery cleaning. Great job Zerorez !!!

The gentleman (Matt I believe) communicated frequently what he was doing as he did it. He was honest about what the treatment would do and would not do and I greatly appreciated that. He also communicated other services that are provided by zerorez that I will probably use in the future.
It was quick and easy. He gave us an explanation of what he was doing and really did a good job. The carpet looks great!!
