Dependable and nice guy. Seemed to be very efficient and did his job well.
Ernest did a great job on our daughters carpet so that is why we asked for him specifically. Ernest did a great job for us last week and we plan on having him back next week. He was able to remove stains that I did not think would come up. The carpet looks very good.
water based process without harsh chemicals
I was going to call you as I still have 2 spots next to my be that are very noticeable. In fact one is sticky Did not notice this when carpet was still wet. I had pointed these out to your employee before we started. These 2 spots are not from the cat..Your employee was kind knowledgableand very courteous. He se

we were very please with our carpet cleaning. Every one I spoke to was very friendly and polite and on time.
The spray that was used smelled very strongly of citrus, which we still can smell today. Not everyone enjoys perfume.
The carpet is cleaned well, I just don't like the smell.

For the tile cleaning, it made very little difference. For the cost, I expected much different results. I would not recommend for tile cleaning. Carpet cleaning was better, thus why I gave a 4 on average (0 for tile, 9 for carpet)

Our tech Andy took it upon himself NOT to do the black light test. I know there are still unsanitary areas of this carpet in our new home. I really would like some one to come out and do the test. My dogs came in the first day and were drawn to several areas around the house. That's not s good sign If he had done all the prep work I would not have been writing this negative review.
