Matt Fielder did a great job removing pet stains in several rooms. I believe he cleaned my rooms last year also. I hope he will be the one sent out in January when I have additional rooms cleaned. He is also very professional and prompt.

The service rep was ON-TIME (which is a rare thing in the service industry), courteous, informative, and a very hard worker. His work was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Andy, our technician was very professional and made sure we were completely satisfied with the service and cleaning before he left. I added carpet deodorizer to our service and was extremely happy with how clean our carpets were.
The carpet was left feeling clean not 'crunchy' as it is after other cleaning companies.
One suggestion I have is to offer the spot cleaner for free as a thank you for having your carpets cleaned. Zerorez is more expensive than other cleaning companies and other companies give customers a free spot cleaner at the end.
Not any harmful chemicals, the crew were very thorough and very polite explained what the were using and what they were doing
I like how the carpets felt after they dried not all stiff and brittle and that the person was very helpful in explaining everything and very neat about his work thank you very much

Seemed like there were some darker spots on the carpet after it was cleaned. Maybe not your fault but didn't seem that bad in that area before.
THE NATURAL WAY THE CARPET IS CLEANED. MIKE, THE TECH THAT CLEANED OUR CARPETS WAS GREAT. WE HAD THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE WAY AND HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO ANY REQUESTS/CONCERNS THAT I VOICED.

The cleaning product and especially the personnel, in and outside the office, very competent and super friendly.
Everything looked good except one corner. I think they must have forgotten to move a floor lamp and stool. You can see exactly where they cleaned up to it and around it.
Do appreciate all they did though!
