Andy was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He removed typical traffic stains as well as a rust stain. My carpet was totally dry in just a few hours. Even though I had their protection put on, my carpet did not have that "crusty" feel. I would highly recommend them.
The service tech was very thorough and explained the process well. The tile grout looks fantastic.

I was not called 15 - 45 minutes before the technician arrived. Technician did not introduce himself about being with Zerorez. I have had my carpets cleaned before and was satisfied. The carpet was still damp this morning and the cleaning was completed on Monday at about 6pm. Did not use guards edges.

The customer service was excellent. The tech gave a heads up call to let me know he was on his way. He seemed knowledgeable and appeared to do a thorough job.
We were very impressed with the total process, our carpet looks like new even though it is 13 years old! Our service tech, I think his name was Andy, was very professional and seemed to take his job very serious.
My carpets do not look clean and i feel as don't smell clean.Technician was only here for an hour. They were not very wet at all. I could not smell anything and when he moved furniture in living room i pointed out to him that a white button come off with a sharp tack that goes under a foot on chair and when he dragged it it pulled up 4 sections of fiber that i had to cut back with scissors.
Mike was vey professional andtook pride in his job.
I am satisfied but do feel it is a little pricey.

my carpets look like they were not even cleaned. The traffic patterns are still there. the spot I pointed out to give attention to looks like I was not even touched. very disappointed not sure if I want them back. he showed me dirt said it came from my carpet. I know for a fact it did not.
