I like the way the carpet was cleaned. I love the spot remover. The only thing I didn't like is the pre-spray used was sprayed all over everything...my furnature, wall trip, etc. That to me should be refined so that it's not indiscriminately sprayed all over the house.

Carpets were extremely wet when left. Carpet is crunchy to walk on when I thought it was supposed to not be?
Your technician was extremely helpful and pleasant about cleaning my sectional. It was not easily done but he did a great job .And it dries qyuickly and cleanly.
Friendly associates, my carpets look great and smell fresh. Stains are gone! I especially love the non-toxic cleaner Zerorez uses and because they do not flood carpets with water and chemicals, the drying time is very short.
The in-home technician and customer service were excellent.

Excellent cleaning
Employee was very friendly, efficient and careful to protect our furnishings throughout cleaning process. This was our first time using Zerorez and the dry time was a LOT less than others we've used. And although there was still a bit of a scent from the products it smelled more like a natural orange oil versus chemical fragrances, which I really liked. Carpets were completely dried within 6 hours (I did have box fans rotating as well).
Odor control did not completely work
Everything they advertise is true! My carpets look great! Dried so fast! Very accommodating, punctual and professional. No one else will ever clean my carpets.

As nice as my couch looks, there was a significant amount of water that must have spilled on my carpet. It is now 2 1/2 days after the couch was cleaned and the carpet is still wet. We went through 4 soaking towels already. I am not just saying damp...it is soaked!
