They did not get the Oder out of my carpet, smelt gray for three days, now I realize the carpet is not clean. I would like it if you came back out and redo my dinning room. The other rooms turned out fine.
I was disappointed that water stains from dirt didn't come all the way out. He did warn me that he thought that would happen. Had I known, I wouldn't have spent so much to get the couch cleaned.
Very professional. Very trustworthy. Explained exactly what they were going to do. Completes the job in the exact amount of time they said they would. Left my home in better shape than when they got there. Will definitely use them again.
The technician, Earnst, was knowledgeable and explained everything he needed to do to get the carpet as clean as possible. He came in with a black light when he discovered that I had pets. I have never had a carpet cleaning company to that before.

I had a sofa cleaned which turned out great! The sectional I had cleaned looks fine but the smell is still there. It was a section that had pet urine and I was hoping it would help. So I would recommend for regular cleaning but not for people with pets perhaps. The technician was nice and informative.

I chose the 10-12 slot for a Saturday morning cleaning. When I received my Thursday confirmation call, they asked to change it to 12-2. No explanation given. The new time slot worked for me but if that is what I wanted, I would have selected it. Annoyed.

You got up some major pet stains and overall did an outstanding job- I am embarrassed to say I had not had my carpets cleaned for almost 2 years. My tile looks great also-grout looks new! Very pleased with the outcome!
