I prefer Zerorez over other floor and carpet cleaning companies because the method cleans my carpets and floors without leaving residue that acts like a magnet to dirt, but most importantly, without leaving dangerous toxins behind. In addition, you can't beat their pricing. My carpets are clean and I very happily pay for the service.

Service technician, Matt Fielder, was extremely professional. He arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning our upholstery. Matt served as a great representative of the company.
Either technician did not know how to clean a car or he was not given the proper tools to clean a car. Perhaps he was just in a hurry and hoped he could pacify me. I wanted a thorough job for a reason. It was just OK but I would not recommend someone clean their car through you.

The employees are very timely on showing up when they say they will be there. They are also very friendly and informative. They take their time to make sure the job is done right. They really do go above and beyond. When they are done the house smells so good and clean. Drying time is nothing compared to your traditional services with other companies. Also the carpet turns out so soft instead of crunchy. Plus the cleaning lasts! You don't have to have it done as frequently. We love Zerorez and will use them again for sure.
