I referred one of my friends to zeroez. I love the fact that cleaning chemicals don't leave a residue on the carpet.

My carpet feels a little crunchy and not as fluffy as before. You need better shoe protectors. Even though my technician wore them, I have footprints and hose marks on my hardwood floors.

Ernest did a great job on our daughters carpet so that is why we asked for him specifically. Ernest did a great job for us last week and we plan on having him back next week. He was able to remove stains that I did not think would come up. The carpet looks very good.

water based process without harsh chemicals

I was going to call you as I still have 2 spots next to my be that are very noticeable. In fact one is sticky Did not notice this when carpet was still wet. I had pointed these out to your employee before we started. These 2 spots are not from the cat..Your employee was kind knowledgableand very courteous. He se
emed to be a good man. Please let me know if you could try to spot clean those 2 spots

we were very please with our carpet cleaning. Every one I spoke to was very friendly and polite and on time.

The spray that was used smelled very strongly of citrus, which we still can smell today. Not everyone enjoys perfume.
The carpet is cleaned well, I just don't like the smell.
The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was punctual, courteous, and did a great job.
But, unless you quit using that smelly stuff, I will not use your product again

For the tile cleaning, it made very little difference. For the cost, I expected much different results. I would not recommend for tile cleaning. Carpet cleaning was better, thus why I gave a 4 on average (0 for tile, 9 for carpet)

Our tech Andy took it upon himself NOT to do the black light test. I know there are still unsanitary areas of this carpet in our new home. I really would like some one to come out and do the test. My dogs came in the first day and were drawn to several areas around the house. That's not s good sign If he had done all the prep work I would not have been writing this negative review.
