Courteous staff, excellent results!
No residue, no hook up to water and disposal in toilet. Less expensive.
The vacuum used is incredible - it got out loads of dog fur that had been stuck in our carpet that our Kirby couldn't get out.

We have used Zerorez in California and Indiana about a total of 9 times. We were VERY satisfied every time except for once and when we called to complain they made it right! You have a great product, but your people I believe have been your greatest asset. We were thouroughly satisfied with Mike who did our last cleaning. HE was great and we will ask for him again!!

The technician arrived at 5pm and was done by 6pm, he was very nice but seemed so rushed that I do not feel as though he did a thorough job. We have 4 rooms and a hallway with pre-treatment (we also have 2 large dogs so we needed some additional TLC), it just didn't seem like a 45 minute job. I will likely not use zerorez in the future, I have never had a carpet cleaner not move my furniture to clean under items. My husband also cleaned carpets in college so we do have knowledge of the process.
Zach was very friendly, on time, and he did a great job. Factoring in the age of my carpet I think it turned out great.

I was not really happy with out tech. He did not leave the fans on very long and the fans he used had sitting dust on them so whenever he turned them on it sprayed dust all over! He did it right in front of my daughter and I. My house didn't smell very good either after he left. It usually smells like citrus through the house for a few hours and this time nothing. He did treat our carpets so I'm not sure if that's in place of the citrus smell. I was just disappointed. For the amount we paid I feel like the house wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be for my bridal shower today. He was very nice and personable, just not our best experience. It may be awhile before we contact zerorez again. We love having our carpets cleaned just disappointed!

I have challenges with Chemicals used on my carpet. When a carpet company would clean my carpets. I would normally end up sick going to the doctors office and somtimes the hospital. At first, I was very Leary about having your company clean my carpets, but I noticed while they were being cleaned I had no problems with my health. I am very impressed. The technician did a great job. My carpets looks nice, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

I was not disappointed this time due to the professional care that Kevin displayed. The carpet looks like it has been cared for and
looks so much better than the first time. I don't know if our first person was new, tired or was not trained sufficiently, but I watched
Kevin work and I could tell the difference. If you send a carpet cleaner out he should be as good as Kevin.

But the high-traffic areas of our carpets did not clean as well as I had hoped.
A General contractor at my home the same day said he highly suspected that the company they use for restoration work could likely clean it much better.
The crew was great! I honestly felt nothing could help out carpet short of removing it due to the dog smell, but the guys did a fantastic job!
Zack (?) was able to get a few stains out from a salad dressing that had been there for 10 yrs. Stanley didn't get it. Zack was a polite young man -- however where he worked on walkways that needed it more, he did a good job but I saw how much water was being released and it took from Wed. to Sat. to dry. Think more could had been vacuumed up for such a long drying time. This was only in a couple of places. Also, I bought a bottle of the stain remover ($25) and he said when used up to just call your company and they will refill - no charge. I should have checked this out first -- was he correct on his statement? I will use you again but think you should put your "water" chg in total amouunt instead of an amount plus $14 water charge. A bit pricey ......
