I have used you twice and this was the best technician--excellent in explaining, manners, efficiency
Our carpet actually smelled worse after the cleaning was performed. There were several spots that were not thoroughly cleaned. The technician was great however the actual cleaning was not up to pare as the carpets have been in better shape after in home cleaning treatments.

Thought the carpets would clean up better than what they did. The carpet cleaner said he was not sure how high traffic areas would do, but I was really disappointed overall. Over $200.00 spent and tearing the carpets up and replacing. Thank you!

Our carpets haven't looked better since we moved in! We have a large dog that is rough on our carpets and after the cleaning, the spots were gone and the carpet smelled great. Mike was an awesome technician. Really patient and helpful.

Customer service was very good. I was told I would received a phone call 2 days prior to my appointment date to give me a 2 hour window, which I did. I was also told I would receive a call from the technician prior to his arrival, which I did. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving. The technician, Zach, was very polite and professional. He first came in and looked at the areas to be cleaned, asked if there were any particular areas I would like him to take note of and explained the process. I pointed out the stairs that were particularly dirty and he was able to get them totally clean. I was very happy with the results and would recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
Our carpets were in bad shape, but still expected them to be cleaner. Wiped down a spot one day after the cleaning and the rag was filthy.
Carpets were cleaned effectively, but I was not given any recommendations/instructions about moving furniture which I did not have to do with Mike's Carpet Cleaning. My husband had taken the dog out of the house for the process, and I had to either move a lot of loose furniture onto beds or into rooms with flooring and/or help the tech move larger pieces. Also, larger pieces (sofa, upholstered chairs, hope chest, etc.) were not put on blocks in their original places which required a good deal of moving around. We are both in our 60's and our backs aren't what they used to be. Improved pre-service communication would be most helpful to new clients, even if if common knowledge is assumed. Thank you.

I have not put the chairsback as I wanted dining room to dry thoroughly as I have company coming on Sat. I noticed one area that was matted & stain not gone. I don't think you can come out before Saturday to eliminate stain.
The main reason I used Zerorez was because I was told that the steam they used to clean my carpet would get rid of the marks caused by furniture placement. My carpet wasn't really in need of cleaning, I had had Tish Flooring come out and stretch my carpet and just needed the imprints of the former owners furniture lifted out of the carpet. I paid $132 and my carpet looks exactly the same as it did before it was "cleaned"

Clean water, professionalism, courtesy of cleaners and appointment schedulers, overall a job well done. Just like last time! I just wish I could've had my laminate floors cleaned. Over the phone I was told I could, but the technician said the hot water could bubble the flooring...not sure why I wasn't told this when I requested to have them cleaned.
