my carpets look like they were not even cleaned. The traffic patterns are still there. the spot I pointed out to give attention to looks like I was not even touched. very disappointed not sure if I want them back. he showed me dirt said it came from my carpet. I know for a fact it did not.

Service tech was great and did a great job explaining everything and asking if I was satisfied. Now after 2 days we are disappointed in the results compared to the other times we have used a professional carpet cleaning service. Also a bit surprised that you advertise no chemicals yet you use a pre-treatment solution that is a chemical. We are not interested in having anyone come back to try again. Ideally it would be nice to receive some of our money back. I

I love this service! Great staff, easy to work with and this is the best my carpets have ever looked!

The cleaning tech Mike was very knowledgable and helpful with my concerns about the condition of the carpet, they look great at this time. Many stains seem to resurface, so it remains to be seen if that will happen, but for now carpet looks great and it was in bad shape. Also the carpet dried quickly because it was not left soaking wet.

I was very pleased with the results when Zerorez cleaned my carpets. I was hesitate to add the added pet cleaner/protectant, but glad I did once the cleaning was finished. The carpets took a while to draw, but once they were dry they looked brand new again. We were also pleased with the prompt arrival of the zerorez team.

We waited to long to have our shower tile cleaned and sealed so the tiles are not all that clean. It's not mikes fault we should have had it sealed 3 years ago when we built the shower.
