The carpet was cleaned in an efficient manner by courteous staff. We have tried other cleaners, but this is the best. There's no residue, and the carpets dry fast.
The carpet fibers feeling clean and there is no residue left behind from soap. We also appreciated the technician who was professional, patient, efficient in his work and friendly.

Reasonable prices and cleans without chemicals.
My floors are barely damp so it doesn't take all day to dry. Our tech Matt was very polite and professional. We are both seniors so not being able to move furniture by ourselves proved difficult this time. I booked another appt. in 6 mos. but not sure I will be able to keep it if the furniture is still an issue.
Carpets came clean all stains were removed the first time.

There isn't any harsh chemicals used, the customer service was great! I've heard about zerorez on the radio everyday and finally had to try it out for myself. My wife and inbuilt our house 3 years ago and never had our carpets cleaned. Our carpets looks brand new!

Technician was excellent. Explained everything he was going to do regarding the cleaning and had me check the room before he went on to the next one. I called Ernest later that afternoon to ask a question regarding a stain that was apparent after the room was dry. He explained that I should call the office and explain the stain. I did call today and left a message but have not heard from the office yet.
