The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They do very good job of cleaning carpets and are efficient.
It's non-toxic and efficient. I have always had courteous and knowledgeable technicians.

Very friendly technicians, made sure we were satisfied
The carpet looks fresh and brand new every time you clean ithe. With 3 kids and 2 dogs, no other company could do that. Also, stains do not come back after a few weeks/months. My technician, William, even got gum out of the carpet. :) Happy mom!

I think your scheduling needs improvement. I was scheduled for 3 bedrooms, closet, living room,hallway, and stairs and also a couch, 2 chairs and ottoman to be cleaned. I scheduled a week before and was told they would be here between 8 and noon. I received a call 2 days before that it would be between 12& 2. Matt, the technician, arrive shortly before 2pm and he was alone! This was a large job for one person and also a late start in the day. Obviously, we had him start in our bedroom first so we wouldn't have to walk on wet carpet to go to bed. But, the stairs were still wet as was the hallway. Matt did a great job and I understand it was't his fault about the scheduling because he had to go to Lafayette first for another large job.
I suggest you try to improve on your scheduling of large jobs to be fair to both the homeowner and technician.

The service techs were prompt, polite, and thorough. There was no smell from the products, and our the carpets felt great.

The living room smelled musty for a week or longer. That is the only room our dog is allowed in with carpet. I was hoping it would deodorize it more than it did and seemed to draw the smell out more smelling like a wet dog. The carpets looked great though and our stairs still look good a week later even though the carpet is pretty old.

Booking online is troublesome when they have to call to actually schedule. I work full time and there's no sense going online if I have to call to really schedule the service.
For this service, I expressed that I wasn't 100% satisfied with the urine extraction and the response was I did everything I could. I spent $630. Also, there are still some stains. I use Zereoz regularly but this service was not my best experience.
The employees are conscientious and knowledgeable.

The reason I did not rate it higher is the fact that I was cancelled the morning of my clean around the time someone should have been arriving (they were sick - I understand that). I was inconvenienced to move everything out, and then had the hassle of calling back to find out if anyone would be coming. Melissa was fantastic and called me on Monday because they had an opening. We ended up getting our floors cleaned. Kevin and Justin did a great job and explained things very well. Originally I was going to have to wait until April to have the floors cleaned. We had guests coming from out of town, unfortunately they won't get to visit our home as we didn't have time to move our furniture back in place (the people we had lined up for the weekend weren't available during the week.) Just think when you cancel customers what all they have done to prepare and how that affects them. The only benefit I did receive out of all of this was cleaner carpets and I asked for the protection for all the floors for $30 (my house is small). Maybe offer a discount if customers are inconvenienced.
I like the concept of no residue in carpets. I love the fresh clean smell after the treatment.
