The technician was lovely and very professional, I just wasn't satisfied this time with particularly the stairs. I would've thought some the dirt stains would've come up but it doesn't really look like they've been cleaned. I knew that some stains that were from "slime making" in child's room wouldn't come up so thats to be expected, but overall there wasn't much improvement.

Easy online scheduling. When contacted answered all our questions. Was prompt and on time. Friendly and courteous service person. My only concern was my husband having to move heavy furniture. We are senior citizens and he has arthritis in his shoulders. Moving couches and recliners inflamed his shoulders. The last time we used Zerorez I thought the person was more helpful moving furniture. Just a suggestion for elderly clients. Also a senior discount would be nice, too.

The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very pleasant and helpful. I was surprised when he said that he came to do the work right away. I had only asked for an estimate. I always get at least 2 bids whenever I buy or use a product. Your bid was the second one. I decided to have the cleaning done by your representative. I am going to call you today. There is an area in my master bedroom needs a better job of cleaning. Thank you for your inquiry today.
