Service technician, Matt Fielder, was extremely professional. He arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning our upholstery. Matt served as a great representative of the company.

Either technician did not know how to clean a car or he was not given the proper tools to clean a car. Perhaps he was just in a hurry and hoped he could pacify me. I wanted a thorough job for a reason. It was just OK but I would not recommend someone clean their car through you.

The employees are very timely on showing up when they say they will be there. They are also very friendly and informative. They take their time to make sure the job is done right. They really do go above and beyond. When they are done the house smells so good and clean. Drying time is nothing compared to your traditional services with other companies. Also the carpet turns out so soft instead of crunchy. Plus the cleaning lasts! You don't have to have it done as frequently. We love Zerorez and will use them again for sure.

The carpets were not real wet and they dried quickly. The service tech was very respectful. He explained every thing he was going to do. He took precautions not to damage any walls or furniture. I was very pleased with me experience. The carpets are clean and smell great.

Professional, thorough-clean from edge to edge other carpets cleaners had left an edge of dirt around the baseboards, prompt and friendly, and the product left the house with a pleasant citrus scent.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of Matt and how careful he was. I thought the carpet and upholstery came out nice and bright and smelled great. I was very happy and would use you again.

Although I scheduled my appt two weeks out, I got pushed back to the tail end of the service window--- and they still arrived late. They had been told I only asked for one room. I actually had scheduled one room of carpet and four tiled rooms. Because it was the end of the day--- they didn't have enough water. So they had to scramble to get another tech to come as well. All of that resulted in tremendous service delay. I didn't appreciate having them in my home past 7pm.

You do a great job, the technician was honest, friendly and made sure I was happy before he left.
