Did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and removing the stains. I liked the fact that it didn't seem to take as long for it to dry and it felt very soft after the cleaning and not that crunchy feeling when you walked on it. I also liked the citrus smell they used. Made the whole house smell good. Finally, they showed up promptly at the time they had said they would be there.
One area that could use some improvement was getting through to speak with an agent. Seemed like I was on hold for quite some time before my call was answered.
Like the way there is very little drying time and less chemicals

Quick efficient friendly on time teen and no crunchy carpet
I was the last house he serviced. He arrived at 5:00 but was not out till after 6:00. I would not take that time slot again.
I have 4 dogs and had not had my carpets cleaned in almost a year. I thought my carpets were needing to be replaced, and after the cleaning and pet odor treatment, I no longer think my carpets are ruined! I will definitely be calling you back! Jon and Kevin were very professional. Asked for my approval halfway through the cleaning and did a very thorough job.

Excellent service, friendly technicians and great results. A little expensive which is why I don't use you as often as I'd like. Would be great to ALWAYS give the bottle of cleaner as thank you gift (helps people remember your company each time it's used). Last two times I haven't gotten a bottle.
They didn't come in the time frame anticipated- which I understand can happen but I took time off work for this appt.
in addition I found a small hole in the fabric in our ottoman that was cleaned.

Would not clean my sectional, said they would have to come back to clean basement level of house. Coould not get near walls.
Zack was awesome. Took his time and made sure he did a good job. My carpets were cleaner than any other time I have had them cleaned.
I am honestly amazed that some of the stains in my carpet are now invisible! Having come highly recommended to me by my daughter & son-in-law, I tried Zerorez for the first time and was so pleased! Add to that the technician was so friendly, courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. I am very glad I chose this company, and really impressed with the service.
YOU DO A GREAT JOB EVERYTIME. MY CARPETS LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN.
Paid $600 for 4 rooms, plus closets and two small hallways, two area rugs, paid extra for pet odor, pet odors came back stronger than previously, so came back out for redo at no charge, the 2nd time they were out, the hoses rubbed up against drywall corners and scuffed them all up. Not happy for the service and price that was paid. Won't use you in the future.
There was still some discoloration on carpet and grass on front yard was killed from chemicals where hose was on it.

Kevin was warm and friendly, even to my barking dog. He got the carpets clean, even making the one on my 3-seasons porch look like new.
I do wish the woman who made the appointment had warned me that he might not be able to clean my couch. It turned out that the couch is solvent-clean only, and apparently Zerorez uses no solvents.
But he did clean my dog's reading wedge w/arms. She appreciates that.
The clean orange smell, simple process/pricing, and the technician was polite, clean, stayed busy and he wasn't overly pushy on "extra" items. My husband initially wanted to use Stanley Steamer so we tried ZeroRez then Stanley (before this appt). Not only did Stanley's cleaning job seem insufficient, but their technicians seemed more focused on pushing every other service and add-ons then what we called them to do, which became annoying. Their pricing is also a little questionable - if you call and order it, it is one cost, but the tech "sells" it for lower...?? Bad business if you ask us - pricing should be pricing unless discount/special.
No chemical smell and fast drying!
I had some areas that came back already. The previous company I used got them up and they were gone for months before they slowly showed.
Carpet smells fresh and is super clean! Associates who have been to our house to clean our carpets have always been friendly and courteous!
