Great job, Zerorez! The carpet in the home I am moving into was cleaned quickly and efficiently. Carpet smells, looks, and feels great. GREAT price! Other carpet companies wanted $100 for basic carpet cleaning, while Zerorez took care of the dog and cigarette smell the previous owners left behind. Very knowledgeable both on the phone and in person! Thank you!

Quick dry time

Every time we have our rug cleaned they do an excellent Cleaning our rug. Stain and spots are removed. The staff are very professional.

Our carpets looked great and the spray smelled nice

i am not sure if there was a mis understanding but my sofa was not move and carpet was not cleaned under it. Also my carpet was not as wet as this last time. Must areas last time dried in 4 hrs. This time it was over night before I could place furniture back. So over 12 hours. The tech was very nice and polite.

Do not leave stripes of dirt on my sectional again

Seemed a bit expensive to clean area rugs, particularly wool ones, but happy with the result.

I love that there aren't any yucky chemicals or soaps used on my carpet. I know it's safe for my child and pets. They dry time was relatively quick and the service was great!

Carpets look and smell super clean after service. The cleaning team stops and shows you what the results look like and if you feel an area needs more attention they are always happy to go back over the area until you are satisfied. The team is very personable, clean cut and seem to be genuinely nice and pleasant people.

Cost seems high and not as good a job cleaning the traffic areas as I had hoped for.

There was a very simple stain that I was told would be able to come out. The tech said it came out. When the floors
Dried I could see the stain. Once the floors dried I vacuumed and still vacuumed up a ton of stuff. Shouldn't the carpet cleaner sucked up what was left on the floor?

The floors appear to have cleaned very nicely, but the technician did not take his shoes off or wear booties in my house during the treatment. He also left a puddle of water on my hardwood floors at the bottom of the stairs, and pull all of his tubes and cords down the stairs from a distance, allowing them to hit the railing and the walls.

Carpets came clean and look great when dry. No chemicals is a big plus. Matt did a great job.

There were places that were not cleaned, and a chair was damaged beyond repair. Picture sent to your customer service. We just discovered it this evening when moving furniture back in place. Very disappointed.

Had to make two trips to do the job. We do appreciate you coming back to resolve the issues we had, but it was an inconvenience to have the rooms disrupted for almost a week.
