Make the pet urine gallons more affordable - $75 for 3 scoops of powder (put into a gallon of water) is ridiculous. I paid the most I've ever paid for carpet cleaning .. $300 .. and I still smell pet urine in both rooms. I had 1-LR, 1-MBR and a small hallway cleaned. The carpet looks great .. no more stains .. but the $150 I paid for 2 gallons of the urine killer was a waste of money.

Heard great things on the radio about Zerorez so I tried them last year and was very happy. Used them again this year for carpets and some furniture and the tech, Justin, did a great job. When entering our home he immediately put shoe covers and asked if I had any problem areas that needed extra attention. We walked the areas to show him what areas were to be cleaned. He explained the process and then explained he would be doing the furniture first because they tend to take a little longer, then would clean the carpets. We had 2 chairs that hadn't been cleaned in 10 yrs and showed the normal dirty tracks on the arm rest and shirting. He really worked hard on the chairs and even though they didn't come out like brand new they were 100% better than before so we were pleased. Our neighbor came over because she saw the truck in our drive and asked when he had time if he would give her a quote, and I've had 2 other neighbors who asked if we were pleased with the results because they had been thinking about doing their carpet sometime. I gave Zerorex a great report because we have been very happy with the customer service and the quality of the workmanship.
Excellent service. My carpet looks great and Andre was very accommodating and professional. He had a caring attitude and wanted to make sure I was happy. I appreciated his phone call prior to coming to my home to let me know he was on his way. GREAT JOB!! I will certainly continue to use Zerorez and recommend you as I previously have to my friends. I have sent photos of the poorly cleaned areas of tile that remained in multiple places in my shower and on my tile floor. I shouldn't have had to clean after the technician left, especially after paying in excess of $200 for the service. We are very disappointed, and don't plan to call on Zerorez again.

They got out an old (2 years) red wine stain that we'd been hiding under a throw rug. We've had the carpet cleaned several times since that accident and no company prior had been able to get it out.
They are accommodating with their time slots. I needed service quickly and they were able to fit me in the next day. Our dog had been ill and incontinent and the tech came in and cleaned the carpet and sofa cleaner than I thought possible.

Knowledgeable technicians and very efficient in their work. I had 3 bedrooms, a hallway and 17 stairs cleaned in a little over an hour. He also took an area rug to be cleaned and explained the process of how that will be done.

It use to be that when the carpets where cleaned they were not wet but the last two times they had to take 6 hours to dry. Don't get me wrong...they are clean I just thought they would be dry as well after cleaning.

I opted for the additional fabric guard (kind of like scotchguard) and not only did I need to clean the wood floor, surrounding furniture, near by electronics it did NOT water resist as promised. I knew our furniture stains wouldn't come 100% out but to pay an additional fee to try to keep them clean and it not work was disappointing to say the least. I feel like I just wasted $400
