it was fast. The person was on time. It took longer to dry on the stairs than he said.

We have used zerorez 3 times for carpet cleaning & upholstery cleaning. We have been pleased with the outcome. The reps coming to our home have been curious and professional. There was equipment problems last week which created problems for the rep & which accounted for the rep being late to our appointment & also slowed the time to complete the job here.

I appreciate that no chemicals are used, that every technician is thorough, neat, and polite, and the results are good.

I prefer that you be upfront about all of your "add ons" and the costs associated. I typically have used another company in the past to clean my furniture and carpets and I like that their quotes include the "protectant" in the price if I choose to do so.

Get all residue off of tile floors before you leave, I had to mop my floors to get the white residue off. On my house it should be started in the morning so you are not here until seven in the evening. There are elderly people here who need floors dry earlier for going to bed. I was hoping to get my high traffic area a little lighter. Matt and Andre were very nice and informative. They did a good job. Using fans was much appreciated thank you. The carpets were the driest than other companies I have used.

The cleaning of our upholstery was not very good. I felt like the couch and matching chair should have turned out better - less streaky. As far as the carpet was concerned, it took over a day for all of it to dry! And it feels crunchy under foot now. I certainly didn't expect that from a cleaning that touts itself as being "no residue" and "fast drying time". I don't know what can be done to make it right.

Technicians are prompt and courteous. They do their work efficiently and quickly so you (and they) can get on with the rest of your day. Carpets are clean and fresh and are usually dry within 24 hours.

The times offered were not flexible for scheduling as consumers only know the window of when the cleaning rep will come a few days before the actual service. Also, the cleaning process wasn't good. The solution used made big brown sports and when I called to have someone come back out, they offer a date 2 weeks in the future. This was horrible. I'm definitely going back to Stanley Steamer.
