Couldn't get the crew here during the allotted time signed up for and was told that I would have to wait over a week to reschedule. Asked that I not be charged the $50 cancellation fee to cancel and have another service. All of the sudden I was able to get someone here the next day to clean.

Knowledgeable and nice. He answered all our questions. We would have your company come back for further cleaning.

Smells good and works well

My appt was 8 -8:10. I get it that techs call in, but I got the phone call at 8:00 and got up early to make sure my dogs were let out and put away. When I got the call, I was asked if 10:00 was okay. I was already ready and just said yes. At 10:00, I got a phone call, the tech was on his way but it would be 10:25 when he got here. I felt like the tech did a great job but the company should had offered a discount. I do not have carpet so no need for a discount on carpet cleaning.

Representative was on time and professional. He asked if I had any questions before he left.

This was my 1st. Time using Zerorez. I found our technician (William) to be very knowledgeable. We did room by room walkthrough to address any concerns we might have. He gave me his recommendations for best results. Gave me final pricing before work was started. Very impressed.

The lesser amount of water and solution that is put in the my carpet during cleaning - quicker drying time.

The act that the carpet is not soaked I had some pet problems, had it steamed cleaned and that made it worse. Ande did the best he could. It is not perfect but pretty good. I would ask for him again.

I love that the products are safe for my kids and pets. I love how the service was professional and the process explained prior to being completed. Zerorez seems to not only take out any stains and odors, but brings back the softness and life of my carpet!!!

It was frustrating to not be given the time window the first time I called to make the appointment. And then when you called back the next day with the time window, it was frustrating that I had to call back to confirm. I waited on hold for five minutes and then had to leave a message to confirm the appointment. Then, the $14 water disposal fee added on top just topped it all off.

They treat my home as it was there's! They special treat my problem areas and take time to clean my carpet.

Carpet dried fast looked like new.

I was told that furniture leg dents in the carpet would be raked out and they were not. also one area looked like the carpet was swirled and not really cleaned very well. Only had a small hallway a portions of 2 rooms cleaned. Thought with the carpet being only 1 and 1/2 years old it would look better
